The crew was very professional, polite and very safety conscious. We had three very large trees taken down in our backyard with no ability to get large equipment near the trees. All work was climbing and hand work. Their price was fair and very competitive. We are extremely pleased that we went with Ian. And, would recommend his services to anyone looking for top quality tree service.

After numerous conversations, over about 8 weeks, I couldn't get a commitment from Steve. Every time I was told they would try for something, they failed. Steve will promise to be there, get you a date, try to get to you, etc, and then just nothing. If the owner conducts business like this, I can only imagine how his crew would behave. I ended up finding a quality contractor (ZF Outdoors) that was able to bail me out, after the delays Steve caused, and still have it done by the deadline. IF YOU WANT YOUR JOB DONE ON TIME CALL SOMEONE ELSE! I'm glad I did! UDATE: Regarding Steve's comments about a deposit. To give a contractor 50% before they even start is crazy, because of situations like this with contractors disappearing and/or failing. Steve and I spoke and settled on 4 payments of 25%, the first of which was due when he showed up and started working. You can believe what you want but BUYER BEWARE!!

Gloria is friendly and on-the-ball on scheduling and communication. Green View's prices are reasonable (they could easily charge more). Great experience both times, and I plan to use them again down the road. Side note: I recommended Green View to my father, who lives in the area and needed tree limb removal. They did a good job on that, too.
