It's incredibly insensitive to charge an additional $150 after thousands of dollars just for me (1 person) to say goodbye. To make matters worse, I scheduled an appt and they had another active funeral going on when I arrived. My mother's body was on a fridge metal gurney and I couldn't access her hands. Hardly a "prepared viewing". The minute I stepped out after the "viewing", the guy asked me how and when I'd like to pay.... Stating "today or tomorrow would be ideal". I lost her 2 days prior. I understand it's a business and a job for you... but learn some basic respect!!!

He was criticizing organ donation, including describing in detail how the body leaks fluid if certain donations are made and the lower part of the body must be wrapped in plastic inside the casket.
