When I walked in, I was excited. Clean, inviting looking store. The variety of devices seemed pretty limited to me, but I think most of these stores are working on expanding with the growing vaping community. The reason I can't give this place a better star rating is the juice. I must have tried at least 20 different e-liquids and none of them were that good in my opinion. I like to really taste my vapor. Perhaps it's the devices they use for testing or the formulation, but I just didn't really care for anything enough to purchase it. The staff was friendly but they didn't even really seem to know much about the juice. I went there to try a specific brand and they couldn't even tell me if what I was trying was that brand, something else, or their own "brew". I'll try again and review at a later date. read more

I recently quit smoking and came to the E Cigg Crib after my cheaper electronic cigarette was just not doing the job. I really liked this place. First off, all vaporizers I've seen that are comparable to the ones at E Cigg Crib at local head shops are much more expensive. I feel like I payed a very reasonable price for my E Cigg. I've now been here twice since they've opened and I've either had very helpful staff or very dismissive staff. It's also been very busy at times and I've had to wait for considerable amounts of time. They have a great selection of juices, batteries and attachments. It's a good place for the e cigg enthusiast or just the person looking for something to help them quit their smoking habit. Since the product and price are excellent and the customer service has been so-so I give this establishment 4 stars. read more

I live in Uptown, Mnpls and have been vaping for a couple years. I searched out the E-Cig Crib because I was tired of the vape snobs at the other store I was using always trying to up-sell me. The Crib is NOT like that. I've shopped there exclusively for at least a year and couldn't be happier. Between their fluid stamp card and purchase points system, I always am able to get what I need even if I'm out of cash. Their happy hour, wheel of prizes, and bracelet discount are worth mentioning, too. I've never had an unresolvable problem with any of my purchases. The staff seem invested in my satisfaction, are extremely down to earth, and incredibly knowledgeable. read more

I used to go to a competitor more than I go to the Ecig crib and would like to compliment their large selection of flavors. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The service is quick. Sometimes they have half price on certain fluids in a bin by the register. The only downside for me is that the highest nicotine available is 24. read more

Best E-cig shop I have ever been to. The staff is very knowledgeable and very friendly.

I am fairly new to vaping and have been making the rounds to all of the shops. I just went to ECig Crib tonight for the first time. I was super impressed with the overall experience. The store is beautifully merchandised, inviting and comfortable. They have an excellent device selection in all price ranges. They also have a very extensive juice selection that taste great and also use great tanks for sampling flavors so you can actually taste how they really are. I prefer tobacco and more savory type flavors rather then sweet and fruity(they do have plenty of those for people that prefer them) They had the largest selection of tobacco flavors I have seen in one place and I liked several of them. Sam and Marcus were the ones that helped us and they were great! They were very friendly, patient and extremely knowledgeable. read more

New to vaping and these guys spent so much time explaining all the different models of devices, juices, how to use, how to clean, etc. they've been beyond patient with my endless questions. And when my device failed me they spent time helping me troubleshoot and eventually swapped the device out because I had purchased it within 30days. They even gave me a 5ml bottle to replace all the juice we had burned in the trouble shooting process. I haven't been to any other store and see no reason I would visit any place but this shop. Great shop. The staff are super friendly and fun to talk to. Their juices are great and the price is really affordable. Not to mention there's a HUGE number of flavors. Their juices are, in my opinion, much better than the majority of their competitors. They take the time to mix the PG/VG ratio to each specific flavor instead of leaving it fixed like most other companies. To some this means nothing, to people who vape a lot...this is a pretty important fact. Only gripe I have is I wish they had a location near me so I could go there in person...but since I went there I buy my juice from them online and haven't been disappointed yet. read more

For hardware prices I would give 4 stars (good for a shop, but cheaper online.) Ejuice-well a completely different story. Would give zero stars. I have 60 ml of the bam bam juice that will be going in the garbage. Tastes like lemon pledge. This is after I threw away a melon ball one that tasted like perfume. Mango unchained tasted like a chemical version of trident tropical gum with artificial sweetener. Way overpriced to begin with and the house juice tastes like shit juice. Don't mean to offend, but that's the truth. If you do get juice, get the stormborn brand. Those are actually decent. But the service is always good and staff is friendly and helpful. I just won't be buying juice from here ever again. But hardware yes. That's my honest opinion. read more

Buyer be ware. E-Cig Crib is a company that does not stand behind the products they sell. I had made about 6 months of purchases from this store, mostly juice and coils, when I decided they had earned my business enough to make a larger purchase. I upgraded my battery to a newer model. This was an $80.00 battery at the time and I was assured was the best new thing on the market (eleaf istick 50w). The battery lasted a little over two months before the screen went out on it and I could no longer see what voltage I was running at, or if the device was locked or not. Figuring this was a simple warranty matter I returned to the shop with the battery to figure out what to do. When I informed the person about my issue they gave me a blanket statement that they do not warranty any items for over two weeks. I asked them to look at the device because it was an obvious warranty issue, they put their hands up, gesturing "I don't want that" and refused to touch it. Two weeks is a terrible warranty for electronics, especially something in this price range. If you plan on investing any money into a product, I recommend buying from a shop that has the confidence to stand behind their products. read more

This location is closer than others so I stopped in to buy some juice. The shop is small but the help I got was amazing. This one is my favorite one to go to. They have custom accessories for select ecigs. A big selection of juices with sanitary tips. The workers, I felt, were very helpful to my needs and questions. The prices were good. Way better than some shops. There is a small parking lot which is free right next to the store. read more

To be honest, I have been to alot of ecig places. But by far this was not a helpful one. Usually they tried to get me to buy something i did not want, and where trying to upsale me. i have been in sales a long time, and i find it very degrading that who they let have work there. their t shirts were ok, but the rest of their clothes or appearance was not professional at all. The staff are very knowledgeable about all of their products, I purchased an itaste MVP 2.0 and before I left they made sure I understood everything about the product by physically showing me! I was very new and didn't know much about vape products, though I had money. The salesperson sold me a mechanical mod and an Aspire tank with .5ohm coil alongside some no name 10amp battery. They didn't explain battery safety to any degree which is necessary with an unprotected device that provides direct current such as a mechanical mod and also the battery was very unsafe and low amp discharge which could cause it to short circuit and explode. Once my friend explained all this stuff to me and gave me one of his good batteries (Sony VTC4) to use in my mod I went back to try and get a refund and they wanted nothing to do with it. If you sell someone a dangerous set up just to make a sale and don't fix it, I'm not coming back. read more

Rude service and zero knowledge when it comes to new products. Cheap tasting juice at ridiculous prices. Everything you see at the store you can buy way cheaper online without the hassle to deal with ignorant people. I visit them asking for help wicking my rda from my kangertech toptank mini first the guy doubted the product being authentic (just because he's never seen one before) that was so rude right there. Then once we got pass that he points out that I'm missing a seal on my tank (the bottom seal wich other kangertech tanks have but the toptank Mini doesn't) I told him many times that is wrong info from him that he's wrong etc. he try's showing me a different tank to prove he's point and at the end this ignorant worker is so frustrated trying to be right when he's so wrong that ends up asking me to take my product somewhere else. Please save your time and specially your money and stay away from this inexperience people. read more
