We had to work with him from out of state, which requires even more responsibility, ownership and communication to ensure a good customer experience, and he did not disappoint once. We finally got to meet him in person and he was extremely professional, carried himself well and communicated effectively. He shared with us that he has learned a lot growing up in the business from his family and has a passion to take those skills and wisdom and combine it with modern techniques and solutions to offer the best possible outcome and customer experience. We personally have way too many disappointing experiences and when we meet an employee/company who meets and exceeds our expectations it is invaluable to us. It is (sadly) becoming so rare to meet someone who takes ownership and pride in their work, can communicate, works hard and has integrity. If you choose to work with Nick, you will be guaranteed all of these things. Highly recommend and hope to work with him again in the future!
