We went last night. My family and I to do the black light bowling. Was disappointed our lanes ran great. But as to the music it was horrible.. Nothing but profanity. With the "F" word being used and the "B" word and the "N" thought it was suppose to be a family environment. Boy were we wrong. Waste of time and money. Lanes are terrible, the old guy running the desk is rude and also tried getting snacks out of the vending machine and they were either melted or looked like they have been in the machine for the last 5 years melted and stuck to the wrappers. read more

Don't waste your time or money! 3 experienced bowlers couldn't get 4 frames finished on 30 minutes. First lane's scorer wouldn't work. Second lane wouldn't return balls, and gouged one. read more

Good place to bowl stuff nice but office lady talked to much and asked a billion question and interrupted our game. What up with that

AWFUL. Firstly we get in to bowl, we paid for an hour and we were put on a lane that didn't work which it happens right the screen was buggy and the ball return didn't work. Okay, so we were moved to a second lane and this lane was even worse. The first person in our group of 4 bowled and it froze, we fixed the frame and he bowled again only for it to freeze and get stuck again. We waited 4-5 minutes before it reset for the next person. When this happened we asked the person if they could fix or or we could switch lanes and they told us "they're all like that" however the person next to us had finished 4 frames by then. So we tried to bowl again and it was yet again frozen and stuck. One of the workers went down the lane to fix it and it worked for all of a minute. There were 4 people in our group and we all only got one frame in by 40 minutes of being there. We got fed up and left with a worker saying "sorry it's a busy night" when they were not at all busy and with no offer of a refund. read more

Called ahead to ensure they had open lanes knowing about league play during weekday evenings. We got there and the story changed. They only keep the dirty, unwaxed, birthday party lanes open even though there were 8 lanes right next to them that were "unavailable"... Continuing on, they charge by the hour, but good luck as the equipment takes its sweet time recycling the pins! We left before the hour was even up as the lane continued to malfunction and not reset the pins. Poor customer service and will not be going back. Do not recommend! read more

This place needs an upgrade. I used to come here all the time growing up, but since it's been plenty of years thought they would do some updating maybe every 20 years??? Not the case here. We bowled here last weekend and it was just a mess. The monitors above where you see and others can see how well or what your score was wasn't even turned on, neither of them. And then on our lane, every time you bowled the first time, the second time your ball would be stuck and you would have to use another persons ball to get yours back up on the rack. Then when it wasn't doing that, it keep reseting the pins full 10, instead of just the ones you didn't knock down. Looks and smells the same as all the other old bowling areas, but the munchkin had fun bowling, thats all the matters at the end of the day. read more

Ahhh yes Echo Lanes. The go-to for any post-homecomers or prom-ers. i remember bowling in my homecoming dress and thinking it was the craziest thing anyone had ever done! Echo Lanes is a super bowling alley. They've got lots of room and no one ever made fun of me for getting the little kid balls! Of course, it's a bowling alley, so it's got weird flooring and that kind of funny feet/cleaning product to cover the feet smell when you walk in. I can't remember having much other than a soda or two here and those were good...it's soda. So yes. Go bowl here. read more

Echo Lanes has been here quite a while providing a good bowling experience most of the time I've come here. The building is kept pretty clean for how old it is, but could use a good makeover from whatever era it's stuck in. Compared to surrounding alleys, Echo Lane's prices are the best for what you need. The staff has always been friendly and accommodating for parties, events, or just a night out for fun. One aspect I especially like is that they allow you to bring in outside food while you bowl, which it's rare for most any business to allow you to do that as they monopolize the snackery to build their empires out of quarters, instead of just letting you have a good time. All in all, a nice vintage bowling alley with good prices and friendly & helpful staff to enjoy some bowling on the cheap. read more

Growing up in this area, it's always been a place I've enjoyed bowling. Living in Columbus now, but still always try to pop in with the family when I'm up here visiting. Got a lane for an hour, let my two boys start bowling. Went to get a beer... No dice... They are understaffed with no bartender, or any one compitent enough to walk in the lounge, get a bucket of Bud Light, ring it up, and serve it. Way to ruin SundayFunday!! The workers were rude and the lanes kept getting stuck and although it wasnt our fault they done nothing to compensate us

Waited 30 minutes in line for a lane, the employee had no clue what was going on. Said no lanes available, didn't know if they had a wait list. Said we would be next, but didn't know any way of letting us know. Walked away, gave the next people in line a lane. Completely ridiculous, place is trash and smells like hot garbage. If I could give Echo Lanes a negative star, I would. My family and I went there tonight for cosmic bowling. The lanes they put us on kept getting balls stuck and the pins constantly had to be reracked. I used to be on my highschool bowling team and did numerous leagues so I knew this was not normal. For two hours, we paid about $50. I went to the front desk to ask for a manager where the young boy said she was in the bar. I we t to the bar and nicely confronted her about the situation. She immediately copped me an attitude and was nothing but rude to myself, my boyfriend, and my sister in law. We were very dissatisfied and disappointed. I have worked with the public for over eight years and I cannot believe the way I was talked to and mistreated. I am not one to complain unless something is ridiculously wrong. I will never be back k and I hope that no one else wastes their money on this horrendous joke of a business. read more

Worst customer service ever. Listen I dropped my teens off at 630 to bowl and the paid for three hours of bowling out of their own money. The lanes cut them off at 915. Clearly not three hours. I, a 5 foot 1 inch 40 year old woman went in to ask why and the staff argued with me over what time they were dropped off. They could if said we can't do anything please call management in the morning. However, the man with the awful mustashe growled at me, then screamed at me from behind his podium thats 2 feet off the ground and called 911. Insane. I was absolutely no threat and he wasted hundreds of tax payer money over 3.00. Worst experience ever. People complain everywhere you go if theres a grievance. Staff needs to learn how to handle it.
