Check-in process was fast and friendly. We were set up with two beautiful, well-behaved horses in no time.

Highly recommend Echo Lake Stables. Friendly staff, nice horses, and scenic trails. My girlfriend and I did a 1-hour trail ride on Nov 14, 2021. John, our guide, lead the way through a well-maintained, wooded trail with some scenic views. I am a beginner rider but felt very comfortable with my horse and riding tips provided by John and the staff. Anyone can do this! Super fun time!!!

Thank you so much for fitting us in with effort, ease and warm hospitality today! We cannot wait to come back again in the Spring and Summer! Horses are so well taken care of and you can tell they are treated like kings and queens :-) Everyone was so nice and welcoming and they accommodated us with ease! If you are going to the Crystal Springs resorts in the area I highly recommend this barn over Legends (they were flat out rude and unaccomidating at Legends)! It's worth the 25 min drive and the real deal!

It was my first time riding a horse and it was incredible. It was very last minute and we got there right before their closing time but they were able to accommodate us. The tour guide Becky was very knowledgeable and had answers to every question that I had. I definitely would want to come back

Ok, let's play Wheel of Fortune....feel free to fill in the letter: BIG HORSES _AKE REALLY BIG SHI_S. I had the fortune of horseback riding on the biggest horse at the ranch (Tux). He was a former carriage horse and absolutely massive - he was more like a SUV amongst horses. He must have shat (yes it's the past tense of shit) or pissed every 15 minutes or so. It was 9 degrees when we started horseback riding. It was my first time horseback riding and I'm not sure what I expected - I just wish it was a bit more scenic (streams, rivers, and vistas) and less head-to-tail.

This is a great place for beginners. If you are an advanced rider, you may be bored, unless you go with a group of other advanced riders. The horses are essentially on auto pilot and need little to no actual steering. They will allow you to trot and canter if you know what you're doing. Tip: If you want to do that, show up early in the morning before the horses are tired from a full day of trails. If you're interested in seeing what the night rides are like, I made a video from ours on 7/26/14 - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fFeBlvwxgko The night ride is a fun group outing, but no matter what you will walk the whole time. The prices have gone up $5 for the first time in years, but the experience is the same. It's still a great value and the staff is very friendly.

Wow! This place is pretty amazing. We came out for the evening horseback riding and had loads of fun. We were mostly beginners but we hopped on some well tamed horses and rode for 1.5 hours on a guided wooded trail. To top that off it included a hayride that took us to a campfire for burgers, hotdogs and marshmallows. All for 70 bucks a person. The guides were super friendly and went out of the way for us to really enjoy the beauty of the outdoors.

Loved this place! Brought the girlfriend out on a surprise date and it went very well. No reservation needed. I did a lot of research on good places to go horseback riding and this was one of the cheaper ones and it was very nice. $40/hour per person while all the other places were around $65/hour. Horses are well trained, easy to ride for my first time riding. The trail was very nice wooded area while some of the sun's rays were breaking through the trees. Seeing a couple of deer and hearing the birds chirping were comforting signs of nature. The girlfriend had fun riding, and it was a successful surprise. I would recommend this place to anyone who asks about horseback riding.

Very nice and calm rides! Just wish you were able to free ride a little bit, and trot a little bit, because these trails are only walking.

But Stoneview is definitely the longest time my horses have been boarded. I hope it's like home for them by now. I love the people at Stoneview Farms. It's no drama, no bossing, no rudeness, and no stress. Stoneview Farms is a place where people come to enjoy their time with their horses. I really appreciate that. The schedule is very open but I always check for availability on special days. So far I can visit my horses anytime: 8 pm or 6 am. On holiday days or weekends. This is important since I live 35 miles away and I have a very busy schedule. The barn is kept extremely clean. The horse stalls are 14x14 large. Perfect for really big horses like mine. It has windows that are open in the summer. It never really gets too hot in this barn. I think it is because of the altitude of its location. There is always a nice breeze. The farm also has a large arena, a round pen, a jumping field and a track. The horses are not crowded in their paddocks which means there is plenty of green landscape for our equines to enjoy. The Taddeo family and their employees work tirelessly in improving the previously neglected farm. Every month there is something new, something improved and it makes everyone happy. Its already a gorgeous farm that suits our pocket sizes. Some boarders are serious horse people. They will ride under any weather, and their horses are worked almost daily in their skills. That is always inspiring to me. Some horses there are retired but they look very happy and cared for by their owners. Some horses belong to Eric Taddeo and these are race horses that are worked out almost daily. I really enjoy seeing all this activity. But nobody is preaching and its a very relaxed atmosphere without die hard rules. I do recommend this farm. It's a pity they don't have an indoor or a warm space to hang out in the winter with my children. But I'm certain that eventually it will happen... I love their new instructor Laura Juhlin and she has brought in so much business by teaching horse ridding to children and adults. She is also very easy going and knowledgeable of her horses. Stoneview Farms is the best Warwick secret. They are affordable, kind, home like facility for all sorts of horses and their owners. Thank you guys!

In the winter they wouldn't plow, so my horses were left stalled for weeks on end with no turnout. Overcrowded pastures from taking on too many horses, and leaving my mini stalledvexaise there wasn't enough room for new horses. The list can go on... the biggest kick in the teeth was that the owner said she kicked us out (along with the barn manager for being fed up) because we were afraid for our animal's best interest. Unless you are there every day to make sure your horse is safe, stay clear

Awful, awful, awful. This place used to be amazing but went downhill quick. The barn area is dirty…read more- there is garbage everywhere including behind the barns. There are fire hazards and safety hazards. The stalls are in mediocre shape, and they look like a beginner mucked them. I have been there when the horses were left outside with no water or hay. One horse was kept in a round pen and no one bothered to move the water trough inside so it could drink. Fences are often broken, and when this is brought up to management, the problem isn't fixed for days. Horses have escaped. The upper barn has been unusable for months, and the owner kept promising to fix it but it never got done. I made several complaints to management about different things, but nothing was ever taken seriously until I threatened to fix something myself with my own money. Several times I arrived to find my horse without a blanket on in cold weather while all the other horses had their blankets. The horses are not given enough hay when indoors. Some of them do not have proper blanket or shelter, and they were shivering in the cold. I also was forced to try and blanket my horse once in the dark and freezing cold because the lights were not working. There is never anyone around, and the stable hands have no idea what they are doing. Diesel gas cans are stored near the barn, and there is a patch of grass where diesel fuel leaked and the horses are still allowed to graze there. The flies are rampant, and while I understand that can't be helped with horses, the fly population was borderline disgusting due to the lack of stall cleaning. The tack room is also a mess. I do not know if it has improved since I've been there, so check it out for yourself before making any commitments. It needs major improvements. The money they ask is definitely not worth the services you get in return. It may have improved since I stopped going there, so like I said, do your own research. This was just my personal experience.
