Very disappointing experience, I was told not to worry about the expiry date of the lessons due to the pandemic. Unfortunately during this pandemic, I wouldn't be able to do the lessons. I never heard from him again throughout the year. I recently emailed and was told the lessons had expired. After 4-5 angry emails, he then called me and was very aggressive on the phone. I had no option but to accept a partial refund only due to his aggressive tone. He never explained the lessons would expire at any time just that I didn't need to worry due to the pandemic. I was gutted to lose this money and felt he had done me wrong. read more
