what an absolute pleasure to drive with Jon, knows what hes talking about and well instructed, I was abit iffy at the start but Jon showed me the light and I passed with only 2 driver faults, what an absolute pleasure droving with, for new drivers a little advicedon't do an emergency stop with a water bottle in the back seat. read more

History

Established in 2019.

Formula Jon Driving school was formed in 2019 by an ex Police Officer with a love of Teaching and Driving. Jon Kenny was a Police Response driver and still is a proud member of the Institute of Advanced Motorists (IAM). The school was formed with one main vision, to provide top quality driver training at an affordable price to the people of Sutton, Surrey and surrounding areas of Greater London. After leaving the Police in 2017, Jon began the long road to becoming an ADI (Approved Driving Instructor). After passing all three parts of the process, Jon qualified and immediately began his success story, boasting an extremely high first time pass rate whilst working under a Driving School Franchise. It soon became apparent that this success was very much down to his natural ability to motivate and build an excellent rapport with students of all ages and driving abilities. Jon become known as the succeed where other instructors had failed guy.

Jon Kenny formed Formula Jon Driving School in 2019, after retraining as an ADI in 2017. Jon an ex Policeman of 12 years, has a love of driving and teaching and is currently a member of the Institute of Advanced Motorists. I had no option but to accept a partial refund only due to his aggressive tone. He never explained the lessons would expire at any time just that I didn't need to worry due to the pandemic.
