I am so very grateful to Cal and the Shortstack team on a job well done…read more I submitted an online inquiry and was able to get my questions answered in a timely fashion. I originally requested 75-100 programs printed and stapled in my quote. Because of the professionalism shown and the competitive pricing, I ordered more. I expected my order to be ready in 2 days or so. I was pleasantly surprised when I received an email that my order was ready 4 hours later. I called and asked how local pick up worked. I was told they have a nice shed in the rear of the business that is marked for pickup. It is accessible 24 hours so I didnt have to rush after work if I didnt want to. Upon arriving, I found the shed and located my order. I was blown away by the quality and accuracy of my order. I have already recommended this company to others and will use them again when the need arises. I arrived

unethical, predatory practices. they will try to rope you into a contract for equipment that will…read moreend up costing you 8x the retail cost of the machine, and you won't even own it in the end. their customer "service" will do everything to obstruct, deny, and deflect your concerns. Over the past nine months, I have documented numerous interactions--via both email and telephone--with DEX Imaging related to a commercial printer lease and service agreement. Despite repeatedly requesting transparent information and resolution, I continue to face delays, obstructions, and negligible customer service. Representatives frequently transfer me, claim to be "on vacation," or ignore communications. A manager I was finally connected with has ceased responding entirely. Key Issues Summary: * Excessive Costs: Lease $200/month for 5 years; Service ~$200/quarter. Total projected ~$16,000 for equipment that retails at ~$2,000. * Service Failures: Repeated delays in providing service information; unresponsive communication; lack of contract assistance. * Obstructive Behavior: Avoidance tactics and refusal to honor service obligations. * Documented Evidence: I have a 9-month log of emails, calls, and summaries available. These practices appear to constitute predatory leasing and deceptive business practices aimed at small businesses.

Me either. Melinda at Precision Market Services is no nonsense, nor are her website designs. She had mine up and running in two days. Affordable, elegant, serious with a touch of wit. If you've seen a few small business websites, you've certainly seen what passes for an internet presence: Static head shot of the guy or gal or guys and gals who run the company. Phone number?
