Exit Row Band - Exit Row Band - top rated NJ event band. Performs a mixture of classic rock with today's hits on the radio for Events and Concerts

They're a cover band that does a great mix of classic rock covers as well as new top 40 hits. What a great band! They were an absolute pleasure to deal with, everyone was extremely professional and on time. They took really short breaks and even played late because everyone was having so much fun. We had about 300 people and the dance floor was PACKED! All my guests were thrilled with their performance and didn't want it to end. If you're looking for high-quality music for a corporate event or a private function I highly recommend them!

This band performed hits from the 80s, 90s, 2000s, and now. If I was to summarize this type of playlist the band was performing, I would say "Hot Adult Contemporary". As soon as the attendees rolled into the event tent, the band started rocking away. They played a mixture of rock and pop hits throughout the entire event duration. That gave everyone the chance to view, listen, and even sing a long to their performances. What a way to bring great people together, Ed Z! The band was rocking so loud that we could even hear them outside when my friends and I went to the pumpkin patch and house to snap some photos. The original plan was for them to perform outside. But because of the rain, they had to perform inside. This weather-related change didn't hurt their spirit at all. In fact, they performed without even caring about the rain. This band no doubt has an edge over some of the other bands whom I encountered on my previous 25th cruise, which is based on their performance qualities and professionalism. Based on how they performed, it was quite easy for me to see and hear why they are always booked and only have a very limited amount of time for public events. For this case, the General Yelp Event was a private one. Overall, this is an excellent cover band, and probably the best one that I have ever heard. If you can catch them at a public event, then I recommend doing so. I also recommend booking them if you can.

Dash of Class Platinum Wedding DJ's

    (32 reviews)

Review Of Partners in Sound/ Dash of Class Platinum for our Wedding…read more I married my best friend on September 9th, 2018. We have been dating for 12 years, since we were fifteen years old. Throughout the planning process we originally had a family friend DJing our wedding. A decision my husband wasn't too sure about. June 2018 I was contacting the family friend for information for my venue and plans wound up falling through, he was no longer able to DJ our wedding. At the time, finding out 2 1/2 months before our wedding we no longer had a DJ, caused stress and anxiety. I was concerned we weren't going to find a DJ, that it was going to be out of our budget, that the DJ was going to be a letdown. Looking back at that whole situation now I realize it was a blessing in disguise. We went to Partners in Sound/Dash of Class for a consultation. From the moment we sat down with Massimo to discuss the planning, figuring out what we wanted, and what fit within a budget to the very end of our wedding, each step with this company was a pleasure. We had a meeting with our MC Mike Gregorio two weeks prior to our wedding, he was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and welcoming. We had aspects of our wedding we knew we wanted for sure, and others we had no idea (such as music choices, certain things in the wedding needed music, etc.) Mike was beyond helpful and eased the anxiety of making these choices last minute. The day of the wedding I had a MC, Mike Gregorio, a DJ, Joey O., and 3 assistants. We did not have to worry about one thing about the music/entertainment the day of the wedding since we were in contact with Mike the two weeks prior of the wedding coordinating all the details. The dance floor was packed the entire night, played music that invited guests of all ages to the dance floor, & just created a fun and enjoyable environment with their upbeat nature and friendliness. I would recommend them to everyone and anyone for their wedding. The structure they built for the DJ area with the screens was amazing. The slideshows they put together for our first dance & parent dances were fantastic. You want entertainment that will keep your guests entertained and dancing without having a single hitch? Hire Partners in Sound/Dash of Class for your event & request MC MIKE GREGORIO & DJ JOEY O. I promise you will not be disappointed! Just don't book them on any future events I plan to have because I wouldn't use anyone else besides these two! THANK YOU MIKE GREGORIO (MC) THANK YOU DJ JOEY O, THANK YOU TO THE SLIDESHOW EDITING TEAM THANK YOU MASSIMO, THANK YOU AGAIN TO PARTNERS IN SOUND/DASH OF CLASS Love Brittney & Joseph 9/9/18 Palace at Somerset Park

For example, in the orchestra you don't want seats from row Q to the rear or on the extreme sides because the sight and sound is not good. And in the balcony you don't want seats from row H on up. Otherwise acoustics and sight lines are good. Bathrooms maintained well. Ushers helpful. Security at entrance professional. They have all kinds of shows here. I wish they scheduled more blues, like Kenny Wayne Shepherd 10/2/26 and rock, like Joe Jackson 7/8/26. Parking in New Brunswick downtown is in parking garages. There are several eateries within walking distance of the theatre for an early dinner before a 730 or 8pm show.

Staff were organized and friendly. I had my purse searched upon entry; all bags were looked at. My ticket was purchased through Vivid Seats, and apparently they didn't provide me a legit theater-issued QR so I had to visit the box office. They were friendly and promptly issued me printed tickets. Lobby was a con because it's just small and cramped. This old building probably didn't have to house as much food and merch purchasing back in its day but the multiple concession lines were blocking people from just getting to the theater and accessing their seats. They have tons of low quality junk food for sale. The huge group sitting next to us had chicken fingers, fries, a ketchup smell that wouldn't go away... it was honestly ridiculous the food they allow in people's laps just to turn profits. I was surprised these people were buying full huge meals (that had to cost $40+ each for junk) at 3:30pm to hold it in their laps for a 1.75h kids' show. Whatever. Point is, if you haven't eaten and want to pay $40 for crap that will linger in your body, you will not go hungry here. Clean bathrooms were the right size to allow a packed house to process themselves in the 20min intermission timeframe. This includes the ladies room, which always takes longer, and it was for a kids' show, which adds even more time. I recommend pairing your visit with the Rutgers Zimmerli Art Museum if you have time. They are open until 6pm most nights.
