My auto battery dropped dead. Went online and purchased a high end Delco battery that their website…read moresaid was exact one needed for my XTS Cadillac. Ad said included installation which is why I bought from them. After paying AAA nearly $100 to come to my house to get a charge, drove over there. Big signs plastered all over front windows advertising Delco car batteries "including installation". Went inside, and told me it doesn't include installation. That if I read the "fine print" they won't install Cadillac AGM batteries ( just take your money). Got my money refunded...terribly misleading website selling car batteries and no exceptions listed on their huge Delco window displays. First and last time dealing with them. Drive across the street, bought and had installed a battery by Pep Boys, in 30 minutes.

They didn't offer some of the specific brands I prefer, but still had the parts in stock. I prefer to order online from other places so I can get the brands I like and trust, but when you can't wait for shipping, this place suffices. I dealt with a younger employee who didn't seem especially knowledgable, but he was very friendly and personable, so I didn't mind since I didn't require any tips or help anyway. I would not buy oil, wiper fluid, antifreeze, washing supplies, etc here. They are way expensive compared to the Walmart across the street. Stick to car parts here, get your maintenance supplies elsewhere.

This may be the worst customer service I've experienced. I stopped in on Friday to have a battery…read moretested, with the conclusion it needed to be charged not replaced. The associate suggested returning on the weekend. I arrive Sunday morning at 9:02, the gentlemen working immediately got an attitude and refused to help. He stated they would only do so if the battery was theirs. He also mentioned it would take upward of 6 hours to complete even though it is advertised as taking 4 hours. When I asked he told me that the other employees were incorrect and didn't know what they were talking about. He then proceeded to tell me that it would take 45 minutes alone to detach the battery to begin charging and urged me to get tools and do it myself. I left the store to do that and it took all of 11 minutes not the 45 he stated. If the employees don't want to provide the services the company states they do, they shouldn't be employed.

I pray that when this business goes out of business these employees may never find another place of employment in customer service because they suck!!!!! they lucky they did not answer the phone because they would have gotten an ear full.
