This created another issue, which they stated they could fix for around $1500 with no guarantee that it would fix my problem. I obviously passed given they created the issue. The Toyota mechanic I went to afterwards said what they did made no sense and they shouldn't have cut the wire without asking me. He was baffled they did this and now it's creating more hassle than the original issue. To make matters worse, when I called Morano Brothers to get more information about what they cut, Bob was extremely rude, stating that he had already explained the issue to me several times. Sorry, I'm not a mechanic. And when the Toyota guy is saying what you did made no sense, I'm probably going to have a hard time comprehending it as well. Long story short - AVOID these guys. They cut wires without asking you, try to screw you by charging you more for issues they created, and are extremely rude when you ask for reasonable explanations.

The dealer also doesn't directly handle collision repairs so I chose Brad's Auto Body bc of proximity and the good yelp review. I was a little nervous to take a blind chance but I'm very glad that I did. My car had about $6500 worth of damage in the rear from tree fall. The trunk and side panel among other things had to be replaced. I was concerned that afterwards it would be obvious that something had happened to the car. However, the car came out looking beautiful. The white paint color matched perfectly and I couldn't see any signs of any damage at all. The car was given back to me in pristine condition and had even been taken to the car wash and the interior floor/seats vacuumed - which I greatly appreciated because there were glass fragments all over the interior from when the rear window was completely shattered. Crystal and Chris (forgive spelling errors) were wonderful to work with and very communicative about the progress of my car. I am extremely impressed with both their customer service, genuine care for their customers, and skillful auto work. I've been suggesting them to friends and coworkers and I will be returning to their business if I should need auto repairs in the future.

Assistant Manager CJ was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable leaving my vehicle there. They take the time to explain you different tire options, speed ratings, tread types etc. Not only did they not try to up sell me, but they told me about a near identical tire that was on sale and saved me a lot of money over just replacing with the same tires that I had. They also did not try to sell my any extra services, and just explained services they would be happy to do for me, but were not urgent. Overall its a good, local business you can trust and feel good about spending your money at.
