Terrible experience with this company's service. Three months to finish having my roof replaced…read more They charged me $75 labor to take down my satellite and put it back on the roof. They assured me that I wouldn't lose service. Well they took it off and it never worked. Had to pay Direct TV to come back out and fix it. So I got charged double. The it took them over 1 1/12 months to come back and wrap the aluminum window and garage flashing. They called and said they tried to do the work one random and had to leave because my car was I. The driveway. They never called me before coming out! Then they said they would be there the next day and didn't show up! Then they came back and did the work and didn't even tell me they were coming to work on my house. They damaged my siding during the roof repairs and it took 3 months to get them to fix it. Phone calls went unanswered and every time the promised a time to be at my house they didn't show up or complete the work. I even set an appointment time to give them my insurance check- AND THEY DIDN'T SHOW UP. Then asked me to reschedule. This company is awful. Absolutely shoddy craftsmanship. Reinstalled and rain diverter that was all bent up. Thanks for nothing.

Instead of walking away he continued to send over 200 text messages even though he was repeatedly asked to stop. We mentioned to him that this was harassment and would continue his texting. We eventually had to block him. He has an unpaid balance that we fortified the payment just to get him to go away. He simply would not stop texting.. Jimmy is someone that has a hard time listening. If you get the chance to speak with him by phone you will understand what I mean. Also, he's aggressive. I will attach one of a few texts where he is inappropriate. In this one he says "you should be slapped in your mouth whore". There are many roofing companies that are great as we represent many of them.
