Misleading, deceptive salesman. Been waiting over five months for my "October" siding/gutter…read moreappointment from the hail storm in March 2025. Just found last day of March 2026, there's not enough insurance proceeds left for gutters, siding, shutters, screens and A/C blade the insurance company paid to replace. Took 98% of it for the roof, including the funds for removal and disposal of gutters and siding. Insurance even paid more for a drip edge replacement. Reused my old drip edge was told this would go toward the gutters/siding. Should have known I was going to be ripped off when I made the final roof payment and $800 was added on. Salesman told me my insurance company would send that to me. Took me many months of constant texting and emailing, ignored my texts and messages, to get Ebling to return my $800 because they could not document to my insurance company their square footage calculations. That's because he never stepped foot on my roof when giving me my quote. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Instead of walking away he continued to send over 200 text messages even though he was repeatedly asked to stop. We mentioned to him that this was harassment and would continue his texting. We eventually had to block him. He has an unpaid balance that we fortified the payment just to get him to go away. He simply would not stop texting.. Jimmy is someone that has a hard time listening. If you get the chance to speak with him by phone you will understand what I mean. Also, he's aggressive. I will attach one of a few texts where he is inappropriate. In this one he says "you should be slapped in your mouth whore". There are many roofing companies that are great as we represent many of them.
