EB Games has been a location that I have been going to time and time again. Some of the most friendliest people work there and they get the job done and done well. They aren't a hotel so "Customer Service" used as everyone else uses it (such as saying "customer service" but really mean "my slave") doesn't apply. Sorry, Dave. The ACTUAL customer service is just fine. It is what it needs to be and it's good. GETS THE JOB DONE! Lineups usually suck but that depends on the customers they're dealing with. It's almost never the cashier's fault, I can assure you.
Of course there are going to be lines at a store, David. We don't live in a fantastical futuristic world on Mars where everything is convenient and revolves around you. "I stood next to some guy for ages and he would talk to me. :( sad face." I wouldn't either if some creep was watching me from a foot away while I was trying to get my work done. Just because they're customer service, DAVE, doesn't mean they will fawn at you at every moment and be your little slave as soon as you walk in the doors~! Why don't you try... I dunno... INTERACTING with them? I guess that wouldn't work because no one would want to talk to you after you just stood there like a maniac wordlessly watching an employee doing his job and cleaning up to provide products to customers such as yourself. Oh well, hopefully you enjoy your two times more expensive trips to Best Buy. Hopefully they have enough employees for you to stalk.
SO YEAH! this location is the one one I like the best out of all the others I've been to and I'll always return to this location first before going anywhere else. Highly recommend. read more
