Knowledgeable and friendly place to shop. Convenient and safe location. Plenty of street parking.

Service could be delayed until next day. It's a first time ordering from Eaze and they call rudely using recording. It is a night where I really need. It's exhausting. I ordered before they closed too. read more

This is the worst dispensary I've ever ordered from this is their second time in a row inflating the THC numbers to make a sale and not knowing that their advertising something is Indica that is 50% sativa. I reported to their so-called live agent that they advertised st canal runtz as a 32% Indica And had the nerve to charge $70 for it and when I received the package, it was a 23% THC level and a hybrid. Instead of apologizing to me, they told me there's room for a 10% error. They've done this two out of the two times I've ordered it and don't even acknowledge that. It's not a full blown in the car like advertised. They have the worst customer service ever they have no morals and you will not get what is advertise on the website and I believe they purposely falsely inflate the THC levels because if there's room for a 10% error and there one percent away from reaching that, what are the chances read more

I love coming here. I used to go to culture cannabis when I lived within those locations. Street / meter parking. Near a Ralphs. Security is cool. They had great deals on Labor Day. Stocked up on my edibles. I also believe, weekday deals as well. Customer service is always nice. Cool, clean environment. Would be back. read more

F#cken love this store the staff is always so friendly and helpful. They have a good selection on bud, edibles, and cartridges. The staff is always friendly and some will hit you with some surprise recommendations that are great. Prices are good and they offer 20% on certain days. If yall want some good and fast bud, they are the place to go. Also thanks again to the whole staff since they've got me some good prerolls and pens. read more

Eaze over charged my account for 3x the amount I ordered. Then -their delivery driver over charged me ON TOP OF THAT and never provided me "cash back" as it says on their app. Eaze is now refusing to refund the money that was literally STOLEN from my bank account and only replies to my attempts at retrieving my money with automated email responses and a chatbot on their app that does not help with anything. This place WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. read more

I had lived on the Westside for the past 15 years and frequented three different dispensaries. I moved to Pico Central in summer 2021 but kept driving over to MDR, Santa Monica and Venice to my former spots. Then, I found The Growcery. I will never go anywhere else and this is the best in the business!! read more

I come from Glendale to shop at The Growcery. Sure there are other dispensaries near my home, but the staff and selection bring me back here. Randy, Katiana (sorry if I misspelled your name), John, the whole staff have been nothing but amazing. The positive vibes, the great decor and ambiance, is an added bonus. Never have I ever experienced a negative visit, it's only been positive and rewarding. If you're in the area, stop by and check them out, truly a remarkable place. read more

Eaze - Reception - Cannabis Dispensaries Near Me - Los Angeles, California

I've been shopping at here since 2014 when it was the "Relief Collective" down the street, but, I will no never step foot in this store again. I bought a $79 item and gave the man at the register $100 in order to get change and tip accordingly. I get a dollar back, the man insisted I gave him $80, I trusted him, walked out and right back in and asked them to check the drawer and cameras. The manager was nice enough but asked me if I asked him for change when I handed him the money, I said, "No, I shouldn't have to ask" ... they said they audited the drawer and there was no overage. I don't carry cash and just went to the Bank of America ATM down the street and took out $140 and now I have $40 left. The manager then suggested that I left a single $20 in the Bank of America ATM, obviously he hasn't been to an ATM before. I'm flabbergasted. I wasn't given a receipt either. This was not handled properly. The interior is nice and all but you should really watch these people. Fucking ghetto, good riddance. read more

This shop is LA's best kept secret. I mean the place looks like what I would expect to see walking through heaven's gates. Right when I walked in I was amazed and greeted politely by front desk. The selection is plentiful and their prices are great! Was able to snag a nice $19 eighth as well as a couple pre rolls for only $6 each. I even got 20% off since it was my first purchase on top of those prices. I was so happy with my experience here especially because of the hospitality the staff gave. They were polite and efficient, and helped my needs. Thank you to the Growcery. Would definitely come back to this place 10/10. read more
