Italian fast food. The idea is you choose what type of pasta you want (or you can have a wrap), the "meat", the you choose the type of sauce, then you can finally choose a few toppings. I opted for fusilli, spicy chicken, then non-spicy tomato sauce. For the toppings I chose parmesan, olives and sweet potato. Some lovely olives were served before the main meal arrived in a plastic bowl. The portion size was quite generous for the price. The meat wasn't quite evenly heated enough. Plastic cutlery is something I am not keen on, but at least it wasn't too flimsy. Wine is available so that's a plus (served in a rather small 125ml plastic "glass", but at least it was reasonably priced). The dessert was a tiramisu, not made on the premises, but instead the sort of thing you would buy in a supermarket. So overall, a good place but not great.

Healthy, freshly prepared Italian fast food. Came here because they do gluten free pastas. Excellent service. Pretty good value.

We started off with some drinks - I had an incredible berry flavoured cider that was tart and pinkish in coloured, recommended to me by the lovely staff! I also had myself a nice black coffee (it was one of those days!)... The food menu is great here and there are plenty of appealing options to choose from. I spotted steak and chips for a mere £11 (plus £1 for peppercorn sauce, which of course I added) and was a little dubious... Steak and chips for £11? It's hard to not expect poor quality at that price, but I must say that I was very pleasantly surprised. The steak was great and cooked medium rare, as requested. The chips were AMAZING and the added peppercorn sauce was delicious and came a-plenty as well, so worth the £1 extra in my books. There was also a lovely big side salad that came with the dish, making it a hearty and tasty meal at such a bargain price! The setting is lovely in here too. I was able to bring my pup inside, which is such a massive plus for me, and there was a really friendly and comfortable atmosphere! I can't wait to go back to this place and, if I'm ever craving a steak and chips that won't break the bank, I'll be in here in a shot!! :)

I esp enjoyed the tastes, textures and colors of the smoked tofu puffed pastry and my fave surrounding plate vegetables were the cabbage and the roasted yellow potatoes w veg gravy. The reason I gave four instead of five was that the asparagus tart dish was lacking in good texture and flavor. Also, our takeaway leftovers were accidental thrown out in the kitchen rush and w/ it our jet lagged son's food; he literally was sleeping at the table. The staff in that throwaway regard were very apologetic. Overall a wonderful experience.

How I missed the Cheesus Pizza. Such a good restaurant, if…read moreyou are vegan, it can be called "The Green Paradise". Pizzas are tasty, everybody is nice, very welcoming with you. They are ready to speak about each ingredients if you don't know them, they even answered to questions about a specific product, and how lovely this is. Even if you love meat, just try this magical place to understand how it could taste when we won't have anymore meat on earth, it'll educate you about that. There is a slightly negative point, about prices. It's very hard to take a starter for more than £5 when you know that you'll spend £16 for a pizza and £4 for a coke. Even if it's delicious, maybe it could reviewed. Plus, you are susceptible to pay a percentage depends of the service (it's written on the menu so not a big deal). Anyway, thanks to Purezza to grow like a wonderful plant, and to open in a lot of different places.

At Brighton specifically, I had the pesto pizza (with added pepperoni) and the caesar salad. My partner and I split both, which was a good amount of food for two people. Both of us we were very satisfied. One detractor for Brighton, at least on the night we went, was that a huge portion of the menu was unavailable. The server basically had to go down a laundry list of menu items that they couldn't serve, which even included most alcoholic drinks. While I'm glad we warned up front, and we still enjoyed what we had, it was disappointing and seemed a little strange. Also, I will say that between the two, the Brighton location's space was a little lacklustre. Still, I would recommend Purezza as a solid pizza option and worth checking out.

The price point of 12.75 for the food + 3 for the flat white felt reasonable, although I am still acclimating to using pounds (first day here!). Music playing was soft and pleasant, and the seating was plentiful and clean. Definitely recommend this as a quick breakfast stop!

The place was really busy but I managed to find a free table outside and spent several minutes looking at the menu and I couldn't decide what to eat as everything sounded so appealing. After making up my mind I chose the falafel, olives and feta on flat bread and an orange juice. The staff seemed really friendly, because you order at the counter but they bring it to your table. My lunch was yummy. Not a super meal, more like a quick bite for lunch but was quite good and the falafel wasn't too crunchy and hard as I experienced before. I decided to not stay for coffee as I wanted to try some other cafés but overall the place was a really good choice for lunch. Nice decor with a few tables to have a seat outside in the sun, pleasant staff, free wifi and a good spot for people-watching (my favourite sport!!).

Happy to help you choose between the plentiful fish options available, the staff are also quick to point out the provenance of each fish they sell, with the haddock I had most recently arriving fresh from the boat that morning. The fish itself is moist and flakey, encased in a light, crispy batter which is not in the least bit greasy. Chips are served in big portions (there's no need to order large portions). White bait and scampi are also available, as are the synonymous mushy peas and pickled onions. I hear there's a midweek lunch deal on offer too, so if you're in the area there really is no excuse not to give this place a try!
