Eat Up is the food court located inside the Fremont 99 Ranch Market. Go in through the left side doors past the bakery. It has a list of restaurants by the food court entrance. I like that there are many options available for Asian food, desserts, and drinks. Everyone in your group can get different things, but still eat together. Some options: -Food - Taiwanese street snacks, Japanese food (katsu, curry), Chinese food, Vietnamese food (banh mi, rolls), hot pot, rice noodle soups, rice boxes -Desserts/Drinks - boba, coffee, tea, smoothies, grass jelly + more! It is very spacious and there are several rows of tables for dining in. You can get cups of free water from the coolers by the wall. Very chill vibes and nice wall decor. Lots of parking spots in the plaza. It's my first time seeing a food court inside a 99 Ranch. So convenient to eat and grocery shop here. Most shops have fast service, so this is the perfect place for something quick and easy!

Hot Deli stall, I see people use Ranch 99 food coupons here.

This food court called Eat Up is inside Ranch 99. It is new and very spacious. Lots food stall options to choose from. It is very clean. There is bathroom and water available. A great place to eat when you are also grocery shopping. I tried the Chicken Meets Rice stall and got the Hunan Chicken box, it was delicious. I was there from 6:20pm and chatted with my girlfriends all the way until closing time. No one to rush you to leave and you can stay there as long as you like. Two of my other friends also got the Hunan chicken box and one other friend got Yunnan noodle soup dish from Rice Noodle Soup Express - since 2016. She liked the dish too. The Hunan Chicken was very tasty, came with two sauces, salad, and choice of type of rice or more salad and soup. Overall, I had a great time with my girlfriends eating here and chat the night away.

Last time I was here, many of the restaurants weren't open yet. But now, its a fully operational Asian food court right next to Ranch 99. How convenient to do your shopping and then go next door for some food. There's a good variety of food options: + Chicken Meets Rice - rice and chicken with Hainan chicken as their specialty. + Shiba Ramen - ramen + OneZo - boba tea + Piju Social Hour - bar/lounge with beer, sake, wine and more. + Qing Shu Malatang - soup bowls like hot pot but without the stove + Kokolo Donburi - Japanese food with curries and katsu + Shihlin - Taiwanese street snacks + Hot Deli - roast pork, duck, dim sum, etc. There are tables and chairs like a typical food court. I think some of the vendors don't get the best foot traffic because they are not near the entrance.

Eat Up is basically a food court that's attached to 99 Ranch Market with a focus on Asian food/drinks. L O C A T I O N Eat Up is located on the left side of 99 Ranch Market in what used to be Ross Dress For Less off of the Mission Blvd interchange between 680 and 880. There's parking that's shared by all the businesses in this shopping area. It's relatively easy to find parking though times may be a little further so you'll need to do just a tiny bit of walking. I N S I D E It's a sizeable spot with a bakery as well as the standard 99 Ranch self serve deli/dim sum area. What's a little different than other 99 Ranch Markets is that they have other stand alone restaurants which are gathered in one spot like Chicken Meets Rice, Kokolo Donburi, OneZo, Shilin Taiwan Street Snacks, etc. There's tables as well as areas to sit to eat if you're interested in eating there. It is a bit more catered to asian food and although some spots are still yet to open, there's at least a few options to choose from. O V E R A L L We've only been here for Chicken Meets Rice, Kokolo Donburi as well as the Self Serve Deli. It was nice to at least have a few options in case we were wanting to eat something and we were crossing the area. But the area is also saturated with a lot of restaurants that you'd likely only really go if it's specifically one of the places in the Eat Up food court or if you're already shopping at 99 Ranch and you really don't want to venture to another place to pick up food. It is nice to have more than just the deli attached to 99 Ranch. So hopefully they get more spots to open up in the Eat Up area to make it even more enticing to go.

Piju is the best hidden gem in the bay!! I love coming here to watch sports. They have THREE large TV screens, and usually not very crowded so you can ask them to play whatever games you like. I've been here for a few different evenings And have watched different sports games - good, football playoffs, basketball. It's honestly the best place to catch the game. I know it sounds ridiculous to come to Ranch 99 to watch sports, but it's amazing. Also, they are "buy one get one half off" from 3-6pm every day. SO WORTH it. It is pricier than what you get in the grocery store, but still amazing. I also like that you can order food from the rest of the EatUP food court and eat anywhere, including PiJu. Please come and support this amazing business concept !!

Eat Up! Is located inside of 99 Ranch Market in Fremont. This food court / hall is the second one in the Bay Area -- the first one in Cupertino. When this 99 Ranch Market first opened, the only thing opened up in Eat Up! was 99 Ranch's own Hot Deli. Over time, things were opening up. First, it was Chicken Meets Rice. Then, One Zo opened. Pijú Social Hour, Mame Shiba Ramen, and Qing Shu Malatang followed. Kokolo Donburi is next. This is a nice place to get something to eat, and there is plenty of room to dine in. I can't wait until all of the units are opened.

Casual dining with multiple vendors to choose from. We went later in the evening so a few vendors weren't open, but still plenty to choose from. Newer concept so not all spaces are occupied yet. Varying options like boba, rice bowls, Hong Kong BBQ, Hot Pot, Dim Sum, Katsu, Udon, etc.. It's inside Ranch 99 Market so it's fun to go grocery shopping afterwards. So many awesome snacks and unique produce items. Great for a group of friends.

I finally found the best Banh Mi sandwich! They make their own bread and cook their own meat. The bread was fabulous! We had the Roast Pork Banh Mi sandwich. Very tasty and they give you a lot of meat. They also have Fresh bowls with a base choice of rice, vermicelli or vegetables. We will be back to try the bowls. The Vietnamese coffees are pretty tasty also. We can't wait to go back. Everyone there is very friendly and they welcome you right away. Eat up is a great place to find a variety of cafes. It's clean and has the option to eat it there or take away.

Personally, I love Blue Door, which is a more affordable version of Ettan and serves delicious Indian street food. It's still on the pricier side, but the flavors are absolutely worth it. The drinks are great (also a bit pricey), and on Tuesday nights they host trivia -- which makes the whole place feel even more lively and energetic. I ordered a lychee martini, which was delicious, along with paneer tikka, naan, and daal makhani from Blue Door. We also shared the sesame leaf chaat (my favorite!) and a margarita pizza. The pizza was okay -- not my favorite, as the crust was a bit too crunchy for my liking. Overall, though, such a fun and vibrant spot!

We grabbed the classic rice plates numbers 13 and 18 on the menu. Honestly, this place is exactly what you want from a food court spot. It hits the spot when you're walking around the mall and craving a rice plate. The service is quick, the price is decent, and the food does what it's supposed to do. Nothing fancy or groundbreaking here, but that's not the point. It's a classic for a reason. It's reliable, affordable, and satisfying when you need a quick meal. The portions are fair for what you're paying. If you're at Grand Century Mall and want some solid Vietnamese comfort food without overthinking it, Com Tam Sai Gon has you covered. Simple as that.

The food court offers a small selection of eateries to chose from. Here you will find snacks, whole entrees, and even dessert. All of the typical Vietnamese dishes can be found here: goi cuon (spring rolls), banh xeo (savory sizzling crepe), pho, bun bo hue (spicy beef noodle soup), com tam (rice plates), bun mam (fermented fish noodle soup), banh beo (steamed rice cakes), & fresh squeezed juice. And that's just naming a few of the offerings. Staff stays on top of the cleaning here and will routinely wipe down tables and clean after those who don't bother to do it for themselves. The smell of cleaning products are unavoidable but that personally doesn't bother me. 4 stars for the concept and the execution of the dining setting.
