When my wife commented on the long wait time, the clerk repeatedly stated that the ring was only dropped off 2 weeks ago. Odd, since the date on the ticket stub reads 2/7/2 5. No apology, nor offer of a discount. Sad.

I dropped by to take my mantle clock in for a cleaning, they have jacked up their prices and quoted me almost $300 for a routine cleaning. I've been a customer of theirs for years, taken several clocks in for work, had jewelry repaired, etc. I always thought very highly of them and recommended them to all of my friends and family. The gentleman that waited on me, made me feel unwelcome, never smiled or greeted me, I felt as though I was inconveniencing him somehow. Just wow, what a change since the last time I was in there.
