My family has been with Banking with Regions for years my family had always had great service until the rude manager at Chelsea branch. I had an account with Regions for about 8 years. And they closed out of nowhere claims early warning report issue, which I have no knowledge of and, upon trying to open new account it's always a day later they say that I can't open an account after already received a debit card and 2 small legitimate transactions. So stay far away from Chelsea branch unless they get new better manager and management. I'm also on SSI and this could also affect me being able to buy food etc. I'm disabled and can't be without a working bank account so I will definitely be banking elsewhere. Amy Gardner's team was very helpful until a couple of years ago, however, the service quality has seriously regressed in recent days. I had a minor car accident dating back 3 months ago. It was not my fault, so one of their service representatives initiated a claim, and that was it. I was left alone from that point and there was no way to get help from any of them in the long claim process against the other driver's insurance company. Apparently, they cannot provide you with extensive assistance because their office does not have sufficient manpower to do so. I just spoke the Amy Gardner herself this afternoon for about 25 minutes, and this is what I was told: 1. They get 1-2 new claims every day, and they cannot check on every single case EVEN once in three days or so. 2. That I was not seriously injured like some of the other customers that require this office's assistance. There are people out there who have had limbs amputated, etc. (It sounds like you won't get the customer service you deserve unless you get in a serious car accident with severe injuries). I want to seriously express how grateful I am that the other driver and I have not had any serious injuries like Amy Gardner was describing to me over the phone and that my heart goes out to the people who have experienced these types of situations and their families. I also believe that I deserve a basic level of understanding when it comes to something like my vehicle that gets me to the job that I support my family with and/or when it comes to getting a replacement vehicle in the meantime. I understand that these agents do not have access to all of the information that I am needing but to belittle me over the phone saying I have no idea how the process works and not giving me constructive information to combat those claims when I ask for updates seems a little hostile. Please just know that this office does not care about their potential long-term employees who have good driving records and seem to only be interested in the most severe cases when it comes to assisting their clients. Statefarm is a great insurance company, but please stay away from this agent and save yourself from stress. If you are thinking about switching agents, expect at least 20 minutes of being interrogated over the phone about why you are transferring your policies to another agent along with having someone belittle your knowledge about the industry. Our biggest concern were the high fees and the fact that my spouse, who works in sales and has zero investment skills, was getting much better returns "winging it" with his 401K then what we got from these professionals.
