The website is great, clear and informative. The service is very prompt and efficient. I know they received my post at 9.30am (because I had sent it by registered mail) and by lunch time I had got a confirmation email from easyDNA to say it was being processed. They gave me a deadline of Monday at 5.30pm to have the results returned to me (5 working days) but I received the results by 2pm on the Friday so my results were a day and a half early which was great. The only thing I will say negatively is that when I purchased the test I did not realise that the test has to be posted to England. It may be outlined somewhere on the website but i didn't see it and was lead to believe that it was tested in Dublin 3 but it turned out that this was only their Irish admin office. It was after I got the test I found out that nowhere in Ireland does this testing and all companies send to England. Overall I would definitely recommend this company. I was very nervous about the test I ordered, It was a prenatal dna test and I needed to provide a blood sample from both me and the alleged father. When I ordered the test I was able to pay a deposit and pay the rest of the fee when the sample had reached the lab. I ordered the wrong testing kit I had actually overpaid and I emailed them about this and the response rate was very fast. They corrected my order and fixed my remaining balance, it did not cost me any extra for this mistake which I felt was very professional of them as they could have easily told me it was too late. Any other emails I sent I recieved a reply within a day I could not fault the service. The kit I recieved was also very clear and easy to follow and I was able to track my parcel to see when it reached the lab and I was then emailed to pay my remaining balance. Due to family circumstances my required testing dragged out for nearly a year. The staff at easyDNA were extremely supportive and helpful throughout the whole process and went above and beyond to ensure the process went smoothly, especially at such a stressful time. I used the service requiring the Legal DNA testing and the turnaround times for all deliveries of kits, information received upon testing and confirmations were extremely fast. The staff were always easy to contact via phone and answered all of my queries with patience, as well as being very thorough and clear in their explanations.
