Terrible customer service. I rang the shop to enquire about getting my leather jacket dry cleaned -…read morethe guy on the phone advised that the prices start at £6.50. I then brought my leather jacket into the shop. Upon arriving at the shop I was greeted by the guy who I was speaking on the phone. I explained to the guy that I was just speaking to him on the phone to which he replied 'oh yeah the leather jacket!'. The guy then advised that the price would be £55 and that it would be ready to pick up in 4 weeks time. I assumed the guy was joking as he said it whilst smiling/laughing. After taking my details down the guy then asked for the £55. At this point I realised that he wasn't joking about the price - I then said to the guy 'on the phone you advised me that the price would start from £6.50' to which he replied 'you said that it was a jacket you didn't mention that it was a leather jacket on the phone'. I clearly stated on the phone that it was a leather jacket. The guy then said that I wasted one of his dockets whilst recording my details and then become incredibly rude towards me whilst other costumers were in the store.

And at a fraction of what our hotel would have charged us! Only 25 Euro for washed, dried and nicely folded clothes in 4 hours. The hotel would have charged close to 150 Euro as the hotel charged by the piece. If you are staying at Redcastle Hotel this is a great option, just a quick and drive up to Moville, and it will save you a lot of money on laundry.

While I've got experience with US laundromats it's a touch different here -but nothing insurmountable with a nudge in the right direction. It's clean, the machines are fast (25-30 min for the small wash) and they're very responsive to any issues.
