Terrible customer service. I rang the shop to enquire about getting my leather jacket dry cleaned - the guy on the phone advised that the prices start at £6.50. I then brought my leather jacket into the shop. Upon arriving at the shop I was greeted by the guy who I was speaking on the phone. I explained to the guy that I was just speaking to him on the phone to which he replied 'oh yeah the leather jacket!'. The guy then advised that the price would be £55 and that it would be ready to pick up in 4 weeks time. I assumed the guy was joking as he said it whilst smiling/laughing. After taking my details down the guy then asked for the £55. At this point I realised that he wasn't joking about the price - I then said to the guy 'on the phone you advised me that the price would start from £6.50' to which he replied 'you said that it was a jacket you didn't mention that it was a leather jacket on the phone'. I clearly stated on the phone that it was a leather jacket. The guy then said that I wasted one of his dockets whilst recording my details and then become incredibly rude towards me whilst other costumers were in the store. read more
