I give my full endorsement to Watersmart. After having the Rooter brothers in for a problem with my…read moreshower drain pipes, they gave me the ok and said I was good to go. Later that night I tried to take a shower and, well there I was ankle-high in smelly shit water. Frustrated, I called up Watersmart Systems Limited (I saw them on a commercial, I saw they were direct competitors to the Rooter brothers). They turned up 20 minutes I placed the phone call, I was absolutely floored. They actually brought in proper technology. A camera, and tools and everything. Martin and Lewis from the Rooter Brothers walked into the bathroom with nothing but wrenches and now thinking back, I was wrong to trust them fixing a clogged drain with just that. The plumber, Wallace, was a funny and down-to-earth guy. They took a real good look at my pipes, and showed me how to do it every step of the way. Both he and his partner Warwick at the same time inserted their drain-snake in my tight pipes, I had never thought they could fit both in there at once. The process took about 15 minutes and they laboured very hard, and they were comfortable enough that they pounded the blockage enough that they released their cleaners far into my pipes. It was such a wonderful experience. If I ever have any other issues with my pipes, I'll give them another call. I would suggest anyone else reading this to do it too! The shower after was so wonderful. My pipes were so lubricated! And I've never seen the drain so gaping before. I'm doubtful it'll get clogged again anytime soon.

Unprofessional and poor quality…read more Flooding damage occurred TWO TIMES (in the span of a week) to my unit when Reuter was working on the roof of the building and it rained. They brought in guys to fix the damage, and it took THREE TRIES because they kept doing it badly each time until I told them not to come back. A mess was left behind after every attempt at "fixing" what was wrong. They said they would cover the cost for drying out the drywall by another company after the water damage, but they are refusing to pay for it now. Terribly unprofessional, I would never recommend anyone go with these guys. See the attached image for the "quality" of work that Cory's company does. Cory's company has caused upwards of $4,000 in damages to my unit while working on the roof. To deal with the emergency flooding and to fix the low quality repairs that his guys did to my unit. Cory said that he would cover the cost of the emergency water damage removal, and after 16 months he still refuses to pay and now says he will not. Cory will never call you back when he says. At least 6 times Cory said "I will call you back by the end of the day", 0 times did he actually call me back.

I hired Alex back in 2019 to redo the failing retaining wall along the side of my 71 foot long…read moredriveway. He gave me a very reasonable quote and was willing to get started immediately, as winter was approaching. His team worked long hours early morning till evening to get the job done. Understandably, as most upgrades go, there were some set backs, as hidden complications resulted in removing 25 yards of sand and replacing with proper gravel base to pack properly, and literally redoing most of the driveway. Alex still came in at far less than competitor quotes of $14k and $18. , at just over $10k.. INCREDIBLE!! Seven years later, my driveway still looks as good as he left it , and in fact better, as the minor ridge between old and new has settled and looks better than the initial outcome, as he said it would. I would hire Alex and his team without hesitation for my next stone renovation.. A JOB WELL DONE FROM START TO FINISH!!!
