Christa Smith is amazing! I am currently enrolled in a Mastermind Group brand coaching/consulting…read morecourse with her company, Savvy Brand Builder, and I've already reaped great results from my first 3 months of her course. In addition to being a sharp, energetic, and pleasant person, Christa isn't afraid to challenge you and force you to take a hard look at what you're doing in regards to your branding strategies. Personally, she has helped me reinforce and achieve further clarity on the "why" behind what I do (wealth management) and she has really helped me develop the always-important 10, 30, or 60-second personal commercials or elevator pitch. Additionally, she did a thorough review and audit of my entire online presence and social media pages. She exposed me to many new tips, tricks, and need-to-know pieces of information, all of which have helped me greatly. If you, or someone you know, is looking for a consultant who won't give you a bunch of "fluff" about your current strategies - but WILL give you an honest evaluation and steps to fix whatever is holding you back, Christa is your go-to gal. Needless to say, I would HIGHLY recommend Christa's services and her Mastermind Group coaching concept to anyone who is committed to branding themselves and take their business and brand strategies to the next level.

I would not recommend using this process server. My experience was extremely stressful and…read moreunprofessional during an already difficult time involving a harassment case. There were repeated delays in attempting service, and communication was inconsistent throughout. At one point, the server shared personal issues that were affecting her ability to complete the job, which should NOT impact a client's case. I have documentation where she told me she would send service via social media, however, when I confirmed if it was done, as stated, it was not. I was told that multiple service attempts had been made; however, when I asked a simple question about whether the residence had a Ring camera, which would confirm those attempts), there was hesitation and an incorrect response. I knew they had a ring doorbell; and, 3 Police Officers who were attempting service also confirmed they had a ring doorbell camera. This raised serious concerns and validated my suspicions whether service attempts were actually being made; they weren't. Additionally, there was a lack of transparency when her contact information changed (her number charged) and I was not informed. Required service updates were also not filed with the court in a timely manner. Overall, this experience caused unnecessary ADDITIONAL stress and delays in a time-sensitive legal matter. I would strongly encourage others to carefully consider their options before hiring. I have a lot of documentation and instead of filing a formal complaint with the Attorney General's office and Better Business Bureau, I'm starting with a review through Yelp. Given the lack of timely service, communication issues, and overall experience, I believe a refund is warranted.
