I was told I could reach out with any questions, but multiple calls and messages have gone unanswered, even after being told I would receive a callback. This made it difficult to get support when I needed help navigating my accounts. While calling the Regions Bank customer service line was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions, my direct experience with follow-up from this branch did not meet expectations.
