I will say that it took longer than I'd anticipated, starting at the end of 2018 and finally wrapping up in February 2020. There were even times that I thought Aaron had disappeared for good, but he had a lot going on in his personal life and still managed to come through. What I can also say is that he was friendly, offered plenty of helpful advice, and really went the extra mile on the work itself, such as adding sealant for free when the epoxy didn't look good. His prices were among the most reasonable, and he made every effort to fix the little things when the major tasks were finished. He was hired for additional work, such as repairing wall cracks or water damage to the ceiling, and made sure to finish those properly as well. Perhaps there are folks who would have completed the job more quickly, but Aaron went above and beyond without charging 1 1/2 or 2 times the amount like others were asking. He really endeavors to make his work a business relationship, not just a transaction, and I am glad to recommend him to others.

I did not receive a curtesy call, stating they'd be late. Nothing. When I finally got a hold of someone, I told them this is not the company I want to do business to. What if you set up a cleaning appointment and they just forget about it? We're moving out of an apartment and need the appointments to be held, otherwise,what if they just don't show and I don't get a return on my deposit bc the crew never showed? Anyways, unreliable and inconsiderate. Don't go with them. They're likely to forget about you.
