I'm writing to complain about a bad experience with easy limo organization. We ordered a limousine for Saturday 5th October at 7pm to arrive for a show at 8.30pm. With a VIP lounge also booked at a club from 10pm. We had no contact from them organization about any delay in the Limousine arriving and after waiting we called and we're told several times that it's 5/10 minutes way. When it finally arrived, an hour and a half late, it was not pink, as ordered, but black, which added to the sense of disappointment. They were specifically chosen because of the availability of a pink limousine. Due to the lateness of being picked up, 16 of us missed a show that we paid £30 per person for. I'm not sure what contingency time they have between each booking, but being an hour and a half late is unacceptable, even more so with the lack of information relayed by them about when it was finally going to arrive. A great night was made a poor one by easy limo lack of professionalism. They suggest us a 25% of discount of next booking, sorry we're newer book that company again! read more

What a shame you have to leave a star at all. I rang this company to arrange a Hummer for my daughter's birthday, spoke in depth to 2 people on the phone, and was promised a Hummer, a complimentary bottle of champagne, soft drinks for the children and balloons for the Birthday Girl, we were quoted £395, under their last minute booking deal. What we got was a dirty Hummeresque car, a bottle of Perry, a non labelled bottle of fizzy fruit drink and ONE BLUE balloon. I called straightaway to the office to explain the mistakes, and was given 3 Options 1 Put up with it 2 Pay more money for less time and they will send a Hummer 3 Go away My problem was it was my daughter's birthday and we were due to meet people in London for a certain time, so I only had option 1 to take. The office staff couldn't care less, they have your money, the drivers don't care, they have your money, so be warned, use at your peril. Don't believe their flashy website or charming sales people, because they just want to take you for a ride, and it won't be the great experience you were expecting. read more

We enjoyed every bit of it! We rented 3 hours tour to see London with 2 pick ups on our way. Whilst sipping champagne we enjoyed the views outside. There was some traffic on the way to second pick up which my friend was annoyed about but that's not the fault of the driver or the company so we accepted it without problem. Driver was very nice and helpful. Will book again! read more

An extremely professionalism service right through by EASY LIMO HANGER LANE, from booking to taking a ride in the car on our Wedding day. The salesperson MAX was very polite and friendly. Our Chauffeur on the day Danny was prompt, courteous and un-intrusive. The Baby Bentley was just exquisite too! And were certainly a talking point during a wonderful day. We arranged to use this company to take us in their Limo Party Bus for a friends hen do, at the time they were due to arrive they called us to say they had 2 tyres blow out on the M25 and would not be able to. Firstly they should have been with us at this time so either they would have been ridiculously late anyway or they should have called us earlier to allow us time to make alternative arrangement - though my belief is they never planned on coming... They were rude and unhelpful on the phone and not at all sympathetc especially beaing in mind they knew we had boat to catch!! TRULY HIDEOUS EXPERIENCE DONT TOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH A BARGE POLE! Will be interesting to see if and when we get our deposit back! read more

AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE. they are cowboys and you won't get what you pay for. They promise you everything on the phone and then what turns up (late) is a dirty old minibus with no balloons, no iPod docking, no karaoke - then they want cash upfront. Totally ruined my daughter's sweet 16th birthday. tried complaining on the phone but they are so rude they just hang the phone up on you. Tried emailing but they don't even acknowledge your email. 1. I ordered a Hummer and we got something else, not quite sure what it was but it was pretty old and knackered and missed the point. I was completely under the understanding I was ordering a specific car and was offered no apology or explanation as to what had changed. 2. It was meant to sit 18 people, we were 16 people and 1 person had to sit on the floor. There is no way 18 adults could have fitted in this thing. 3. The journey was well over an hour and I would have thought it was not unreasonable to stop for a comfort break. Although he was asked to pull into a garage on a number of increasingly desperate occasions the driver refused, even though there were plenty of opportunities. As a result 4 people had to jump out at traffic lights on the way into London as the only way of getting done what needed to be done. 4. I was told we would be getting TWO magnums of Champagne for the journey. As a result I did not organise any drinks. Anyway, I kind of thought it might actually be REAL Champagne although I could have clarified this when I booked I assumed you would know what champagne is. What I wasn't ready for was only the ONE magnum of something that was so far away from anything close to champagne it might as well have been tomato juice. It was 5.5% very sweet and very warm. I kind of expected a fridge or something....? 5. The back electric windows did not work and could only be opened by the driver, which he was not very keen to do and had to be asked about 5 times each time. 6. There was nothing close to aircon just warm smelly air was the only option. 7. I had a go at the driver at the end to explain how unhappy I was. He told me that he was upset because his wife, who was in the front with him, had been offended by the bad language. Well, I can tell you that my wife would be offended if I took her to work with me, and I work in an office, not driving a limo full of drunk people on stag and hen parties. I am sorry to say I didn't feel too guilty. 8. Anyway, the less important things were that one telly was smashed up and it didn't seem that any of them actually worked, the ceiling was starting to fall off, several people claimed they could smell urine, the electrics cut out twice for about 10 minutes each time (no neon was not that much of a problem) and there was an almost dangerous burning smell at the back in slow moving traffic (I think it was the brakes but maybe the electrics) . Needless to say the driver wasn't interested in any of this when I told him and just started explaining how he didn't like his job and was being pushed too hard. Worst of all they ignored all my phone calls and letters of complaint. Long and short of it is avoid at all costs. read more

STAY FAR AWAY!!! I booked a limo through easy Limo for my wedding to transport my bridal party of 8. When we booked, we were told that we needed to upgrade to a 10 seater limo even though we had only 8 people due to insurance reasons. So we paid £110 extra for the 10 seater limo. On the wedding day, the 8 seater limo arrived anyway.It was old, dirty and smelled like an old pub. When I sat down in my white dress, there was dirt and dust all over the seat, and then on my dress. The air conditioning was broken and the automatic windows were broken. So for 45 min, 8 of us were squished into the back of a small, dirty limo. It was the worst car ride I've ever had. I would have been more comfortable on the public bus. When we opened the "champagne" to cool ourselves off, it was flat and warm. When we phoned easy limo, they totally dismissed any responsibility and told us to call the limo driver. When we called the limo driver, we were told we were liars. Neither offered any apology or refund of the £200 spent on the car ride from hell. Dont' risk your special event to these people. read more

Terrible, terrible, terrible service. I booked this company for me son's end of school year party. They did not turn up at all and I kept calling them to find out what had happened. Initially I was told it will be 10-15 minutes late and then later they told me it has broken down. After an hour we had to cancel the limo and booked it for the return journey at 7.30 pm and it was 70 minutes late arriving for the return journey! No one updates you as to why there is a delay. The driver was very rude and aggressive and kept telling me he had had a bad day! The limo had dirty cups in it and the air conditioning was not working! It was an old, dirty limo. The limo broke down again while the kids were in it (the battery went flat again) and the driver shouted at the kids telling them it was their fault it had broken down because they had the radio on too loud! He was not really interested in making the sure the kids had a good time and just wanted to get it over and done with. The kids came out of the limo all hot and bothered as the air conditioning was not working. very very disappointing. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. I would give them zero stars if I could. read more

PLEASE DON´T CONTRACT THIS COMPANY IT´S A FAKE. They have different companies in London and they are the same, easylimo, mayfair limo, limohire and they are the same rubbish. I contracted a limo per a nice traveling around london with my son and the friends, and booked for a pink Hummer. The chauffeur arrived late but he apologize for the traffic, I can understand but I cannot understand that I booking for a hummer and he arrived with a other totally different limo. I spoke with the office, explaining the situation and an impolite and intransigent person told me that it´s the limousine that I booked. Obviously not. Very angry with that he was trying to convince with the beauty of the interior but I wasn't interesting in that because when you pay more money for a hummer you would like to receive the service. But the worst is that person told me that limousine was the "new model" of the hummer, that´s crazy, I couldn't believe that person thinks that I am stupid, go to hell ! I never going to contract again and totally not recommended. read more

Miss Smith Bookings@EasyLimo.co.uk 30/04/2012 Re: Easy Limo UK Limited Hanger Lane, LONDON W5 Dear Customer Service Manager, On 25th April 2012, I contacted Easy Limo UK and after discussing the details as well as the terms and conditions of the service offered I decided to proceed and hire Limousine Hire for my daughters 13th Birthday Party on Saturday 28th April 2012. The booking details were as follows; The Limousine was hired for 3 hrs (Pick-up and drop off). To collect 16 people outside a restaurant on the Kings Road W1 at 20:00 hrs. A drive around town and then return the passengers to a specific post code within the 3hr time frame. An initial deposit of £35.00 was paid and the remainder £565.00 was to be paid to the driver on the evening. Soft Drinks were to be provided inside the Limo. On the night of Saturday 28th April 2012 my partner and I waited outside the restaurant, my daughter and her 15 guests eagerly awaiting the arrival of the 44 Hummer Limousine from inside the restaurant at this point because it was raining heavily. We expected that we would leave the restaurant and get straight into the Limousine that would arrive at the allocated time 20:00 hrs. At 20:10 the Limo still had not arrived and our initial thought was that the Limo was probably stuck in Traffic. But having not received a call from the Company to let us know what was happening we began to feel very uneasy as the minutes passed. (1st phone call)At 20:16 we decided to call the company to find out what was happening, once we got through the person on the other end of the phone to inform us that the Limo would be with us in 10 minutes he did not offer an apology for not calling to inform us what was happening. (2nd phone call).At 20:39 there was still no sign of the Limousine so again we had to call the office to find out what was happening, at this point we were quite alarmed once again they had just left us standing without acknowledging the fact that we were waiting upon a service provided by them, the least they could do was call us and inform us what had taken place, at least we would have the option of what to do next, giving us a simple phone call to let us know what was happening is common courtesy Surely? And still no apology given.This time (3rd phone call) my partner was informed that the Limo Driver had been stopped by the police in Knights Bridge and was therefore held up. My partner then replied that this was unacceptable as the booking had been confirmed after the first phone call we were told to wait another 10 minutes so the least they could have done was give us a courtesy call to inform us what had happened. It was now 39 minutes past the time they were supposed to arrive and we still had no Limousine, the children had become restless and the restaurant wanted us to leave as they were expecting the next party reservation to arrive. It was raining outside (Heavily) and my daughter by this point was very upset, the failure of the Limousine not turning up the highlight of her evening was very distressing and ruining her evening. The children by this point we're all waiting outside in the cold in the pouring rain. The person in the office (we did not get a name) then said he was sending another Limo Driver to us. At this point we has still not received an apology, we asked if we were going to be compensated at all and to add insult to injury we were told that we would still have to pay the full balance of (£565.00) to the driver on arrival, and If we wanted to be compensated we could try calling the office on Monday! At no point had this person offered an apology and showed a lack of care for us as customers. A Limousine eventually arrived around 20:55. The driver said he had just completed a job so the Limousine would need to be tidied up and he would need to put away the dirty glasses and replace them with new ones. By this time my partner and I were very distressed by the entire situation, the children were upset and would still not be able to get straight into the Limousine, they were cold and wet. I asked if I could see inside the Limo, on inspection the Limousine, to my disappointment had Broken glass on the floor from the last booking now bearing in mind this was a booking for a 13th Birthday Party I was not at all happy at the fact that I was about to risk allowing my daughter and her friends to enter into an environment where they could potentially get injured/cut. In the end the driver cleared as much of the glass as he could he, at least was apologetic. My partner and I made the decision to allow my daughter and her guests to have the time that as left to save them any further disappointment. By the time they could enter the Limousine it was 21:15 a whole hour and 15 minutes after the original booking time. We used this company to hire a Limo (Hummer) for my friends Hen night at the weekend (Sept 2010). The Limo we booked arrived over 1 hour late (in fact it was closer to an hour and a half late), We received one phone call telling us they would be there 20 mins late (they wouldn't pick up when we were calling them) - well that was the longest 20 mins I've ever heard of!. When the Limo did finally arrive we were greeted by an exceptionally rude, aggressive and arrogant driver who didn't care that he was late and told us to take it up with easylimo as it wasn't his problem and then started laughing at us (sorry I fail to see the amusing side!). The driver totally lacked any sort of professionalism, and I suspect has never been taught any sort of customer service. He didn't open or close the doors, he didn't tell us where the champagne was (not that you could call it that really) He also had his "girlfriend" in the front of the Limo which is totally unacceptable and probably the reason why he was late (if you catch my meaning!!) The Limo itself wasn't great either, the windows were broken so you couldn't close them, there was a horrible funky smell inside, and to top it off there was broken glass that the Hen nearly cut herself on!!! By the time we finally arrived at our destination we were so late that the area we had reserved had been given away along with the celebration stuff the club offered including our free entry! We had arranged for the Limo to pick us up at a certain time in a certain place, to add insult to injury this Limo was also an hour late and it was not the same one as we arrived in, it was smaller but the driver was as equally as rude - it was also just as well that some of our party had left as they couldn't wait for the Limo to turn up or we would have had 3 people approx sitting on the floor!). To top off the night the Limo driver refused to drive us down the Hen's street and instead dropped us 'near' the street, he gave no reason for this but just point blank refused to go any further and instead told us that he worked for a rubbish company and hated his job. This is unacceptable and a total and utter disgrace! this company should be shut down! Please no not use this company it will destroy your night, as it did for our friend. DO NOT USE THESE COMPANIES!!! I am writing to state how disappointed and dissatisfied I am with the service provided. I booked a limousine for my sisters Hen Night through http://www.Easylimo.co.uk . The limo was provided by a company called A Touch Of Class, however the one that arrived was anything but class. What should have been a memorable occasion for my sister on her Hen Night (for the right reasons) turned into a shambles! The limousine arrived almost a full hour early and completely spoilt the surprise for my sister! It was also at this point we could also see that we had not been provided with the limousine I had booked. I had booked one in particular as the seating inside accommodated all guests and was all-inclusive the other vehicles had seating for 3 at the back and, as I had feared when viewing the other cars, the people sitting here felt excluded from the main party. Once inside a fun experience turned completely sour when we had to endure the static/interference from the radio. This was so bad that we had to turn it off and continue our journey in silence not quite the ambiance I had envisaged. This was supposed to be the start of the party and fun, but this was fast turning out to be anything but fun!!! I had been advised that there would be two bottles of champagne to share amongst our guests but could only find one on ice! It was only when we queried this with the driver that a 2nd bottle was produced from the foot-well of the car and this was completely warm and far from enjoyable. It was a hot day and the air-con unit did absolutely nothing to help. We had the unit set to the coldest it would go and the fan speed high but it was doing nothing to cool us. We had to open the windows to try and give everyone some air. One of these oversights on its own would have been unacceptable but, combined as they were, the service provided was completely inexcusable. I contacted the companies detailing our disappointing service from them. Eventually I received a response from A Touch Of Class only to be told they have not done anything wrong. They couldn't even stretch to an apology. Easylimo have not had the decency to respond at all. Do not use these companies. You will only end up disappointed. read more

OUTSTANDING. Easy Limo truly contributed to my stress-free wedding day. 1-I needed a limousine on my wedding day to take me and my bridal party from our hotel in Knightsbridge to the wedding venue in 02, then to take the bridal party from 02 to the reception in marlyborn. Registry Easy Limousine had an Escalade available that could transport up to 14 people. I worked with sue to set up the reservation less than two months away from the wedding (I know) and she was so friendly and so thorough I really felt I was in good hands. I did like the fact that if she was not in the office, there was always someone else available to respond to emails in the same friendly, thorough, and timely manner! Of course 2 days before the wedding I started to worry about making sure everyone would be where they needed to be on time. Sue was out on vacation but both shilla and Veronica assured me that my limousine would be there when promised. And it was. I wish I could remember our driver's name because he was fantastic. He was polite and friendly, helped the ladies and me (and our fancy dresses) into and out of the car, and he also made sure to point out the features of the limo (my MOH plugged in her iPod for mood music). He also tried to make a conscious effort to not be in the background of any photos (it didn't really bother me if he was, but the thoughtfulness was appreciated). I would not recommend this Company and don't really want to even give the 1 star but can't leave a review without a Star. My niece booked this company and limo for her wedding. The driver did telephone to say he was running late but would be there. However, the limo did not arrive and the wedding party of 11 had just 10 minutes to organise transport to the church. The mother of the bride was part of the 11 and spent the whole of the wedding service worrying how she was going to tell her daughter that the wedding party would have to make alternative arrangements to get to the reception. The Limo was at the church at the end of the service. A telephone call was made to complain and also discuss a discount. The conversation, was shall we say, unprofessional and extremely impolite causing more stress. A discount was eventually agreed. During the conversations it was mentioned that the driver had done 'a job on the way' to Marble Arch. Bearing in mind the Company is based on the North Circular giving easy access to Kingston it makes you wonder what map book they were looking at??!!!! The Limo itself was not to the standard I have seen or used before in fact quite shabby. I would like to say that the driver was courteous throughout this ordeal. Tina read more

Very unpleasant experience! I ordered a white Lincoln for a hen party.On the day before they called me and offered a black one because something was wrong with the white one.I didn't agree.Finally they offered a black Chrysler instead for the same price.Unfortunately they sent a black Lincoln to my address.This was supposed to be a surprise for our bride therefore I was very embarrassed to be standing on the street, trying to call them for an explanation. They said: Either accept and pay the full amount or we cancel the service and you lose your deposit. The lady was rude and didn't apologize. We hadn't any choice because we had booked a table in a club for 8pm. However,when paying the deposit they promised to decorate the car for a hen party but instead we saw soggy balloons with the words: Happy Birthday". The car was dirty and shabby inside! The driver drove carelessly, pulled the brake sharply and went the wrong way down a one way street! He had mistaken the way and dropped us off somewhere else claiming that it's close. We didn't know where to go. Finally after 20 mins we found the club. On the way back the driver brought us to the wrong address. Total disaster, no more Easy Limo!!! Agnieszka read more

To, Manager Director, On Satuarday 28/04/2012 we booked limo hummer from your company, it was a very bad experience and embrassing for me. It was a special 50th suprise but it was ruined, first of all we paid lot of money £550. No soft drinks as requested but 1 non alcholic bottle of drink which was't cold. The Champange was warm no ice. Lightining was very poor nothing like what it showing on your website. The roof was leaking where i was sitting got very wet. Informed the driver of our distress, but said he could not do anything as he was very busy with other client no excuse for this. We are customers and should get the best service as this was booked well in advance. And on our way back it was even worst as we returned to the limo, there was no lights or heating at all could not listen to music and there was water on the floor, and more water leaking from the roof and the bottle of non alcholic was missing. Why didn't the driver arrange a different limo, as this limo was falling apart and knew very well of the problem we were experiencing. I needed a limousine for my wedding day in order to take both me and my bridal party from our hotel to the wedding venue. After much deliberation I decided to book with EasyLimo, I spoke to Sarah on the phone who recommended their Excalibur limo for a traditional wedding. We spent a while talking and she was more than happy to help with all my questions about decorations (flowers and of course a just married sign on the back!). They made it extremely easy for me to sort out and it took a massive weight off my shoulders and allowed me to worry about other things. I felt totally assured that there would be no problems with the limo because Sarah was always so thorough from start to finish. On the day Easylimo didn't fail to deliver either, the limo arrived 15 minutes early and although I cannot for the life of me remember the driver's name, he was superb! He helped us both into and out of the limo and was always very polite to everybody. The car was beautiful and exactly as it looked on the photos online, I cannot find a single fault with the service from Easylimo, they were simply outstanding. - I would recommend their service to anybody, they helped to make my wedding the happy memory it is! read more

I booked another limousine company 4 months ago, for my wedding. One month before my wedding, the company goes out of business. I scrambled to find another company, and I'm glad that I stumbled upon Easy Limousine. My initial correspondence via email was in a timely manner, and all my questions were answered. On the day of my wedding, the limousine arrived 15 minutes early. The driver called, and acknowledged that he was early, and said that we should come down whenever we're ready. Our driver new the area very well, and didn't have any problems with navigation. After the ceremony, our wedding entourage took pictures around the area, and the limo driver even text my phone to tell me that it's about time to head back to our final destination, so as not to incur an increased charge. When we were all done, the limo driver even came to pick us up from a different spot, at the right time, and everything was perfect. The driver came out with a red carpet for us to walk in, and added the Just Married magnets. All in all, everything with the limo was painless, and hassle free. The limo arrived one hour late, when we specifically asked if it could arrive on time as it meant that we were late for the club and had to pay an extra £7 each to get in. To make matters even worse, the limo turned up in the wrong colour! My boyfriend ordered me a white limo, the limo that turned up was black with flame details and rims. I was horrified, as this looked like something out of 'Pimp My Ride'. There were also no balloons in the limo, which was very disappointing as they were ordered and it was my birthday. When we rang up to complain the following Monday, we were told to send an email. After three days we did not hear anything, so we emailed them again. After waiting a week, I rang up the company and spoke to a 'supervisor' who was very rude and aggressive down the phone. He refused to give us any compensation and only offered a 10% discount, which was very insulting as we will not be using this service again. I booked Easy Limo before reading the reviews on the website and needless to say I was expecting the worst. So much so, I called the end supplier before the pick up to confirm they had all the correct details. They assured me they did and that they were looking forward to picking us all up at Marylebone Station later that night. I was delighted to receive a text when they arrived early at the station and when I went to meet the limo I was greeted by a lovely, friendly and helpful driver who was only more than happy to wait for my mum's train which arrived 15 minutes later (even though it meant him getting moved on by traffic attendants a number of times!). It was a great surprise for Mum's birthday when she arrived and made an ordinary birthday meal, extraordinary. The limo itself was pristine inside and out, and comfortably fitted all 6 of us in. We hoovered the free magnum of sparkling wine, before tucking in to some of our own. The only sad thing was having to get out at the end. I booked a Limo for a night party and it was the best part of the night! We got an upgraded limo, which was amazing. It was a excursion B45. It had an aux cable, so we played our own music all night. We also had a bar stocked with ice, so we could make our own drinks! Our driver, Billy was so wonderful and patient. He gave us his card with his cell phone number, so calling him when we were ready to go was super easy and fast. He put up with us changing his destination several times, when we were going to pick up one girl, and then we weren't. He took us to restaurants and clubs all over west end and Piccadilly area it totally saved our feet. I also felt completely safe with all our things left in the limo when we went to eat or to dance. The limo and Billy made the night! It was so worth it, I would totally book with easy limo again and would definitely ask for Billy if he were available. Henry. read more

We needed a limo service co to take us from our wedding venue to the hotel to start our honeymoon. I called Easy Limo and they were extremely friendly with competitive prices and my reservation was made within 10 minutes with a pick up time of 3:00pm. The person at the call was extremely helpful! Max, our driver, arrived early and called me to inform us that he was waiting in the valet area(Impressed!). He totally took care of us and didn't give us any flack when we asked him to see if we could stop at a bank 1st before heading to our hotel.Our drive to the hotel was smooth sailing and once we arrived Max stepped out, opened my wife's door, took out our luggage and happily sent us off. I will highly recommend this service for anyone who needs high quality service for a reasonable price. read more

We have had the worst experience of our lives with Easy Limo!! The only thing that's easy for them is the way they con you and take your money!! Our limo was for our 8 yr old daughters birthday. The limo came with a miserable driver who restricted us from doing anything in the car. I was told after 10 enquiry calls that there would be a large tv screen . There was not and the cd player was not even working! We left our things in the car which have not been returned and I had to let my daughters friends go without giving them anything to take home as all their gifts were in the car. The staff in the office were even ruder and aggressive on the phone speaking in a threatening manner. The whole experience has been very upsetting for all of us and will NEVER use Easy Limos again!!!! read more

WOW! That's all I have to say! Thank you easy limo for this service! First off, they were extremely professional and prompt. I received a call after submitting my online info to get a quote. I came to London with no car for vacation and wanted to head out to West end for a night out on the town. Well I ended up booking my ride with jenny who was very helpful and nice When my driver, Scott, arrived he called and pulled up right behind my hotel. Anyways Scott was awesome, awesome, and awesome. I felt comfortable with him and he provided excellent service and definitely friendly! I had originally booked the limo for 2 hours and ended up staying an extra hour, which was well worth it. Overall, I would highly recommend this service, which I'll be using when I return in June!! read more

After spending countless hours scouring the internet looking for a reasonably priced, reliable and highly rated limousine service, I came across EasyLimo. They provided a hummer style limousine which was gorgeously shaped, exceptionally clean and it had a great sound/light system inside. All of this worked out quite cheap between a group of us too which was surprising given the high quality of the service! The gorgeous limo arrived on time to our house and John our driver was very professional from the minute he picked us up. Everybody had a fabulous time and really enjoyed our glamorous arrival; we definitely managed to turn lots of heads! All five star ratings are fake I used easy limo to hire a hummer for my wife's 30th birthday. It was the worst experience ever!! I hired and payed for a hummer H2, the pictures on the website were amazing. On the night, a Lincoln turned up(which costs less). The driver made us pay before we got in, because the limo was hideous inside. Everything was broken and dirty from previous people. Free bottles of champagne were warm, the wrong size and no ice in ice buckets. The CD player, speakers and the screens inside were broken. To top it all off, the driver drove at dangerous speeds. Easy limo ruined my wife's 30th. When I tried to contact them to discuss what happened, they simply replied read T&C's. And proceeded to ignore my calls and emails!! read more

From the moment I needed to change the number of passengers in the car (after paying my deposit) the staff became extremely unhelpful and less than friendly. The limo arrived 30 minutes late and the boss calls me screaming at me to get in the car with my party (despite the fact it had just arrived and we were waiting outside) and used abusive language. Furthermore the limo that picked us up was not the same as the one that dropped us off and we had left our belongings in the previous car believing this would be the same car. How wrong we were a bag was broken and things were missing. If you like a stress free night please spare yourself and avoid booking with this company. read more

I have booked a Hummer H2 on Saturday the 4/02 for my engagement party with Easy limo hanger lane, and they offered me a fantastic discount rate for being a loyal customer as I have been using the easy limo in past three years for many occasion. I am an American, and even when my family flown over from Chicago on Saturday they were very impress with the limo itself and the service which Easy limo provided for us. They are always tick all the boxes to perfection. Thank you roy the driver for the lovely flowers my mum really do liked them.
