So, we got online trying to find bounce house rentals and came across Hoosier Hop. After checking out their website and comparing them to other bounce house rental sites we decided to go with them. Well, we were very happy with our decision! Their prices are excellent! The bounce house was clean and a very good size. We rented their Color Castle Bounce (15 ft. x 15 ft.). Another awesome thing was since we are within a 30 minute range from their location the delivery was free!! Everyone with this company were very nice and professional. Eli, Beth, and our delivery guy "Rocket" were awesome! Eli was very helpful. He answered any questions I had about their website and bounce houses. Beth called me the day before the party to make sure the time for the rental was correct and she let me know when to expect the delivery guy to show up. She also answered any questions I had. Then our delivery guy "Rocket" was a very nice guy and very professional. He showed up about an hour early, which was nice because my daughter got to have the bounce house all to herself before everyone else arrived for the party. It didn't take him long at all to get the bounce house up and running. Hoosier Hop's bounce house wasn't just a hit for the kids but also for the adults!! Everyone had so much fun!! In fact, our family and friends started talking about renting from Hoosier Hop for future birthday parties or any kind of party. Unfortunately, this birthday party was one of those times. After he jumped for a bit, he needed to sit down, and my husband was able to bring over a large garbage can for him to get sick into. The staff did not wince or cringe when they swiftly disposed of the can. They stripped the nearby table he had been sitting at of its tablecloth, wiped down the table and chairs with disinfectant wipes and remade everything in just a few minutes. I thanked the owner, and he shrugged it off, saying he hopes my son feels better. My son's bout wasn't due to him having the flu or being infectious -- but it was comforting to see how well they take care of everything in case he had been. My son felt better after that, and my daughter and the rest of the kids had a blast. Bounce'n Round does birthday parties right, helping everyone keep to a schedule of fun that includes black lights, pizza, birthday cake, a group photo and bubble play. A definite party winner!
