My home is an 1927 Californian Bungalow with sweeping roof expanse, situated in a leafy backyard environment. For many years we had enormous ongoing problems with our guttering. Repairs were done many times by various contractors some of whom repeatedly assured us that keeping the downpipes clear of debris was all that could be done to alleviate our overflow problems. I found EasyFall when googling guttering solutions. We had a very unique problem. Part of our roof line overhung our boundary and our water runoff on the whole boundary was overflowing into the adjoining property. We had to fix the boundary issue and the water egress issues. With our original guttering, we had issues with water back flowing into our home. This became increasingly frustrating and it was time to find a real solution. We live in a very leafy environment and bush fire prone area. The Easy Fall system appealed to me because of it's ability to reduce the accumulation of combustible material prone to ember attack. Previously, I had to get onto the roof monthly to clean out the gutters of a large amount of leaf material and debris. Now I only need to occasionally blow a small amount off via ladders. Previously we used to have birds nesting in our roof cavity.
