They just said that they can see the damage clearly before and after the pick up, and now they claim there is no damage anymore and it is unclear, they can't see it. Just to let you know if anything happens to your car you are on your own!! I now notice none of the 5 stars guys explained how his claim was perfectly and promptly handled. BEWARE! I never write reviews but have been compelled to do so with Easy Auto Ship LLC. I started working with Easy Auto Ship on May 23rd. They assured me that they could deliver my car from Boston to Wyoming by June 24th (a month later). I spoke with them daily trying to get an estimated date for when my car would be picked up. Easy Auto Ship blew through a month window that would have alllowed my car to be delivered when I needed it. Even up until the last hour of the deadline, the customer service people were adamant that a truck to carry the car would be found. I am now forced to drive the car myself to get it where it needs to go on time. When I called into customer service (12 times) every time I could he agents in the background telling other people why there cars couldn't be delivered. This company deserves negative infinite stars. Booked a shipping order for my car back in late May for my car to be picked up on August 2. Signed a Terms and Agreement on June 2 and didn't get any communication for a whole week, so I emailed my POC. The POC tells me no updates until we "get closer" to pickup date. Well, a week out from pickup still nothing but crickets. I email the POC and promptly got a text saying the order was reassigned to someone else. This new person told me there is a pickup window from 2-6 and no updates until the 2. Notice a theme of poor communication? On the 5th I get a call saying they FINALLY got a driver and the car was being picked up within two hours. Guess what? THE CAR WAS NEVER PICKED UP. So I call them the today (had to wait 20 minutes despite being #1 in line) and it turns out dispatch straight up didn't do their job. Horrible experience with this company. I called them on the 26th of April saying I needed my car shipped by the 14th of May. They said to set a window of (if I recall correctly) 5 business days, so we set it from May 7th to May 14th. The representative I worked with, Lindsey, was very unresponsive during the whole process and I could almost never get ahold of her. I finally get ahold of her on the 11th or 12th after trying to reach her for a few days, as I was getting worried that the date was coming up; I HAD to leave by the 14th at the absolute LATEST, and specified that to them when I called them initially. Well, the 14th comes and goes with no transport. Everyone I talk to at Easy Auto basically say there's nothing they can do except wait. I'm now across the country, and my car is stuck in Florida, and all I'm getting is a text every morning saying "still no luck!"... This is where it gets good. I decided to look up other shipping companies after 6 days past the due date. I end up calling Sherpa Auto Transport and explain the situation to them. The representative (Dillon) tells me that they super lowballed the amount, and so no drivers were going to accept that. Easy Auto quoted me $1850 (FL to OR), and Sherpa quoted me $2400. I say fine, whatever, at least this is better than nothing, and place an order with them. Literally within 2 hours they found a driver. WTF Easy Auto Ship. You had one job. And you seriously messed it up. There's so many ways this could have been better. I'll list a couple recommendations: 1. Call the owner of the car if it's not getting any bites. Tell them you need to raise the price! 2. Have more representatives to talk to! Nobody likes sitting on hold for 30 minutes! 3. Be up front about the process! Don't just let the order sit out there for two weeks. My life would have been so much easier if I would have known they were having trouble 2 days before I was leaving the state. Terrible experience! I contacted Easy Auto Ship after being screwed by another shipping company. I was impressed by how "on it" they were. Within an hour I had a driver and pick update. I was told my car would arrive by 2/6, but when I dropped my car off, the driver said he would be there in 4 days (PHL Transport Inc). This is where the shit show began. From there, my whole experience was trash. PHL has terrible communication. I had to call multiple times to see where my car was. Initially, my car was supposed to be delivered on 2/6, it was pushed back to 2/8 between 9 am and 11 am at 10:45, no one had contacted me about my car. I called and texted--no response. When I finally got a hold of someone, they told me the snow had delayed them once more, and this was a lie. It snowed the day before in the area, but I have family in the area (where they are located), and they told me the snow didn't stick. I still have no idea when my car will be delivered, nor is anyone communicating with me. Easy Auto Ship hasn't been much help. I got into an argument with a rep when he got nasty because I called and inquired about my car. It was clear then that the company's priority is not the customer. I shipped my 2021 wolfpup forest RV with easy auto ship. Thinking they were the best. Obviously their carriers they are hiring are not driving with adequate insurance. April 21 2022 Brandon Davis who is the dispatcher that towed my RV and totaled the whole right side before even getting it to the port. $9k dollars in repairs. He took my $3500 via Venmo for shipping but didn't even ship it to its destination. He totaled it and took it to an auto repair shop without even letting me know. A day after the accident Brandon Davis who is the driver called me telling me about he got into a dust storm accident on the i90. He said he took the RV to Fantastic Finishes shop in Vegas. To get it repaired. Also saying that his insurance will cover. A few weeks later his insurance company call me saying he didn't have adequate insurance and it didn't cover my RV. He promised he will pay for everything and my shipping money back. Almost a year later and I'm still waiting for my money. I asked easy auto ship for their help but they said they can't help. I move across the country move often than a 'normal' person should and shipping my car is never a problem or a headache thanks to Easy Auto Ship, specifically Gary Nichols. His communication is part of this great experience. His replies to your emails within minutes. He also does follow up phone calls when appropriate. He gives you quotes same day of your inquiry (if not, within 24 hours) and finally, the car is typically delivered when promised. One time it wasn't and Gary was in constant contact throughout the the day with updates. This company's rates are reasonable, though it's ~$200-300 more than competitors. Howeeeeeever, competitors may not execute the level of service that Gary Nichols does. If you value your car, no matter what kind of car it is, it's worth it to spend a little more and be assured that your car will be safe during transit and delivery. The worst service with horrible communication. I wasted valuable time and money waiting on something they couldn't deliver and I don't just mean my car. In my experience their sales reps will ignore your request for an update after you sign the contract, will tell you the car is being picked up, then days later you're still waiting on an update only to find they don't even have a carrier. I doesn't matter if you are a small mom and pop or a large entity, just be transparent and honest about whether you can get the job done. So the story was as follows: I called EasyAutoShipping on Monday to schedule a vehicle shipping picked up by Thursday morning. To be fair, I know that was hard to schedule, but the person on the phone is like 100% confident that this could get done easily, so I trusted him. Well guess what, after the contract has been signed they completely disappear. No phone calls, text ,emails or any kind of status update for the next 48 hours. I had to call them again and again, each time waiting for like 30 minutes for them to pick up the call, and listen for a quick sentence saying they haven't find anything yet, and then hanged up. I called them on Tuesday night saying if you can't get me anything, please call me before Wednesday noon, they said yes again and completely ignore it. Till the end of Wednesday they still cannot find a shipping driver. Again, they won't even proactively tell you. As a result, I had to change my schedule and book an additional flight, which costs me a hundreds of dollar. I've never seen such a rude way to treat customers, First they over-promise, then they ignore your calls, after they fail to deliver, there aren't even a apology or explanation. Used this company on my move of excess cars from Elizabethtown Ky to Las Vegas Nv. Cars were picked up within the window at my location. Carrier was great. Loaded my 2011 Camaro and 1995 Ford F-150. All went well. At delivery. I had 5 days to receive vehicles. Carrier arrived on location in two days. Way ahead of schedule so I had my friend in the area receive my cars. They delivered to his home in Henderson three days ahead of schedule. Would recommend using this group. Very professional and will follow you through the entire process. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! I would have had better service and received my car faster if I personally would have pushed my car across the country myself!! 24/7 customer service? HA! you call after hours and no one that answers has an knowledge or authority to do anything. and do not expect a call back from these people! actually expect the opposite! they got to the point where they recognized my number and ignored me. I escalated my concerns to a higher up manager, Brandon, and after he apologized for all of the setbacks and problems I experienced and promised me reimbursement that next Monday came around and he refused to take my calls. I then was only allowed to talk to the customer service manager, Carrie, who needs another job because customer satisfaction is the least of her concerns. She was rude and when I told her her $50 refund wasn't going to cut it and I no longer wanted to speak to her and only her boss that is when my phone calls started to get ignored. Mind you I am now almost $1,000 in the hole in having to get a rental car because I made my reservation on 7/18 and excuse after excuse I did not received my car until 2 1/2 weeks from this date. But don't call them with that because in their contract (make sure you read that entire thing) they take no responsibility for reimbursement for a rental car for you and they can be up to 10 days late after the delivery date and the 5 day grace period they give the drivers before you even see a dime. and the initially reimbursement is a joke! And lastly, they have no idea, authority, or control over those drivers. They put you on a list and a "trusted driver" picks up your car. That is a JOKE! I knew more about the driver and all the problems then they did. I called and told them the driver "broke down" and did not pick up my car yet and everyday that I called the driver he kept pushing it back another day and then after myself and the company fired him he showed up to my house and on my property try to take my vehicle. Mind you when I called easy auto ship they had NO idea that any of this was occuring and they abolished and told me how sorry they were for 4 days before anything was done about the driver literally going rogue. I contacted Easy Auto Ship to transport a vehicle and they could not deliver. Why because the account manager Chris Gullia dropped the ball on my account. He posted my vehicle one time on the board for bids and then took it off. He was courteous on the phone to get the contract but did not follow thru and I had someone check to see if Chris posted it on the board and it was not after having the contract for three weeks. This was by far one of the most stressful parts of my cross-country move. I called about a month before I needed my car to be shipped and was told by multiple representatives that I should be in the clear to get my car shipped out in a timely manner since I needed it within a specific window. After receiving multiple quotes from other companies, I decided to go with Easy Auto Ship (in error!) mainly because of how friendly the representatives had been with me. I eventually decided on a July 29-Aug 2 pickup window with Lindsay. She had told me that they wouldn't know more information until the week of pickup so I waited until the week of to follow up. The response was that it was too early to know and so I continued waiting. By the end of July 29, I hadn't heard anything so I texted Lindsay asking about the car shipping the following day. Her response was that it was much too early to know since my pickup was a month out. I told her that we had decided the July 29-Aug 2 as stated in her email from the quote and her flippant response was "i had august......guess i better get to working on it then!" She later called me to clear up any confusion, which mainly involved saying that I was the one who had not been clear with what I wanted and that the initial representative who had told me my car would likely be picked up early and dropped off early since I had called in such advance had not said that. During the whole call, she did not take any responsibility for the situation and blamed me for not understanding them, which leads me to believe that if I had not followed up, my car would have not been picked up whatsoever! To finish up the pick up, we decided on August 2nd pick up to have it delivered before the original deadline. Unfortunately, the way they arrange carriers seems very last minute so it was very hard to plan how to get my car picked up while also trying to pack up and move. They eventually ended up coming to get my car on August 3rd (the drivers called me the morning of and let me know a window of 4 pm to 7 pm and also called about a half hour before) and delivered by August 12th. Unfortunately, because the car came on the later half of the window due to Lindsay's mistake, I had to dish out a couple hundred dollars to get a rental car so I could transport some larger items once I had gotten to my destination which tacked onto the $1700 quote they gave me. Thankfully $1500 of that went to the driver and only $200 went to Easy Auto Ship because I did not want to give them any more of my money. It may have been better to directly reach out to the shipping company themselves than the broker (Easy Auto Ship) because communication was incredibly difficult. After my car arrived, we got it to the car wash but within that 2 mile drive, the car was making an awful noise (even once it was in neutral at the wash). I called the driver to ask if they had done anything to the car when loading it and he said that nothing was out of the ordinary which was strange since I had just had my car repaired at the dealership. Later, a rep from EAS called asking how delivery was and I told her that my car was making a weird noise and not driving as normal. She said she would talk to her manager about it and see what they could do, but unfortunately I didn't receive a call back. Once they delivered, I left my car in the garage for about a week while out of town. When I came back, one of my tires was completely flat and the strange noise continued to occur. Needless to say, you will receive a quote from EAS for the driver and the broker BUT you may need to account for the fact that your car will not get there in time (rental car $$$$) and that your newly repaired car may need MORE work done and a flat tire repair ($$$$). Overall incredibly unsatisfied but at least my car is here in.... one piece. Still undriveable because I've been incredibly busy with the move and haven't had time to even repair the flat or get it to the shop. Save your money and go elsewhere! EDIT: Amanda responded below and I wish I could comment but I spoke directly with someone on the 12th so I'm not sure what call she made to me. I only have the one at 10:08 am from whoever I spoke to on the phone who said they would talk to their manager. Secondly, I have no email sent to my address aside from the one from Lindsay on 8/3/21. I wish I would have seen this review site before selecting Easy Auto Ship. I concur with all the low ratings. EAS missed my pickup date by 1 week. As a result, family members had to stay behind and wait to move until the car was picked up. Additionally, one I did get a carrier the price went up, so much for a guaranteed price. Delivery - the car came on a single car flatbed truck that could fit anywhere but the driver decided to unload the car a mile from the drop off location, in the middle of a 2 lane road in the right/left turning lane. Cars are zipping by as he unloads. Payment was not easy either. The Venmo account was not considered legitimate by my bank. I was provided 3 different names an not a corporation name. Ultimately I had to call in to give a credit card and got charged 3% more. Finally, the driver was pretty insistent on receiving a tip. Said would be picked up in a few days and took credit card info. 5 days later, I hadnt heard so I called and was promised within 48 hours. 48 hours later I was promised the following Monday. My partner and I needed to ship a vintage vehicle from Florida to Oregon. Our EAS contact, Lindsey, told us to give them a five day window of when the bus could be picked up (she said that it would take a maximum of five days). My partner explained that there was a hard deadline of when the bus could be picked up, because we were driving across the country, and needed to leave on a specific day for work. If we left before the car, we would be leaving his disabled mother to deal with the vehicle. Plus this car is finicky and my partner wanted to be there to help load it. The five-day window starts, days go by and on Thursday afternoon, one day before the last day it can be picked up, before we are driving 38 hours across the country, we have gotten no update from Lindsey. WE had to contact HER and sit on hold until we were told that she hadn't found a driver and were struggling to find anyone. She said she would try her best and call us at the end of the day before she left the office. Hours role by and again, we have to call her, to find out that she left the office and NEVER CALLED US BACK. At this point, it's too late to reserve a UHaul in our area to tow it ourselves, or to contact another shipping company. We have to leave the next day for a 38 hour drive...so we just until the morning to see if there are any last ditch efforts to get our car shipped. The next day, we again call her and there were no changes. The bus couldn't be shipped on time, even though we gave them nearly a month in advance and stressed the situation. Our only option was to leave the car in Florida with my partner's mother and hope that they find a driver. If not, my partner would have to find time to fly across the country, rent a UHaul and do the same 38 plus hour drive again. If EAS had been transparent with us, and had contacted us as soon as they noticed they were having trouble finding a driver, instead of us having to call them on one of the last days it can be shipped, we would have been able to find a different solution. This company caused an immense amount of stress for us and made our lives much more complicated than they needed to be. We had to leave a vintage bus with a disabled woman who works full time, doesn't have the physical capacity to car for the car, barely has the time to be responsible for the shipping process on her end, etc. etc. Yesterday, my partner called a different shipping company called Sherpa Auto Transport and explained the situation. The representative, Dillon, tells him that EAS was basically lowballing drivers so they could give "competitive quotes" to customers and that no drivers would have accepted that amount for a Florida to Oregon shipment. Sherpa ended up quoting him a couple hundred dollars more, we place the order, and within TWO HOURS they found a driver... Any excuses that EAS gave to us about why they couldn't find someone (the location, the pipeline, etc.) is clearly bullshit. DO YOUR JOB! Seriously so lame and so stressful and unnecessary. Be transparent. Explain the situation. Pay your fucking workers well. The 'largest car shipment company' should be able to get their shit together a little better than this. Gave me the wrong number for the driver (in this country, phone numbers have seven, not six, digits). Gave the driver the wrong contact information for me (despite having no problems texting and calling me). Provided no support or backup following this snafu, repeatedly promising and not delivering. Charged my credit card AFTER they canceled my pickup without contacting me by phone to let me know I was on my own. read more

PLEASE SEE RESOLUTION BELOW. I GOT MY REFUND. THESE GUYS ARE THE ABSOLUTE WORST. Was quoted an amount that resulted in no carriers offering to pick up my car within the 5 day window. After some back and forth, got someone to take it by paying $200 extra. The car arrived filthy inside as the windows had been left half open. There was a cigarette lighter in the back seat (not mine). The driver was rude and wouldn't answer my questions. I filed a claim via DIY transport for the cleaning bill. After a few weeks I followed up, finally getting someone to respond on the phone that it was in process. Followed up via email (several tries) as the phone line had me on hold for over 15 minutes and was sent a "canned" email saying DIY can't do anything "as under regulation laws we can't process this claim through our insurance until the carrier's insurance company says in writing that they won't cover the claim". So of course I follow up and get the same response. No response to my request that they follow up on this with the carrier or let me take it on. So basically, great service when you are calling to get a quote and book a job, then absolutely no service at all. Rude. Unhelpful. The worst people I've ever done business with. UPDATE: 9/21/18 Sherree B the owner saw my yelp post and immediately helped me get a refund of up to the amount they received from me as my booker. So they made nothing on the job. (I got $150 from them, but spent more on the cleaning). Very helpful and kind. She likes to get this feedback so in the future not to use this particular carrier that actually moved my car. I'm happy she accommodated me. I hope DIY continues to do business with carriers who are good...seems like most people like DIY...but I was unfortunate and had a very poor experience. read more
