I stopped by Eastside Relics in the middle of Willoughby on a casual shopping trip; figured I would see what they have. Huge store filled with plenty to see, rocks and minerals, posters, comics, albums, masks and carvings. Talked to the owner who took it over a couple of years ago and has changed it from an antique store into a collectibles store. Plenty to see and discover here, just wandering through can be a great experience. I collect wooden masks and there were plenty to see here, they have a large and diverse collection and the owner really seemed to know his stuff. The masks ranged in price and quality and were from a wide variety of locations; including some Native American masks which are very hard to find in this area. I looked at a number of masks and ended up finding a nice Asian mask that I bought at a reasonable price. Overall Eastside Relics is well worth a visit if you are looking for something a bit different. They have a wide variety of rocks and minerals, plenty of posters and lots of other items. What better place to do some antique shopping than Eastside Relics! Whenever I take a trip to DTW I always stop by here to take a walk through history. They have everything from war pins to jewelry to street signs...even an entire wall full of typewriters! I love the old movie posters and will probably come back for the original Phantom of the Opera poster with Lon Cheney Sr who is the among the best horror actors. Make sure you bring plenty of money if you intend to shop because the store is pretty pricey but they are willing to haggle on some things. Also they have some neat finds in regards to Cleveland/Ohio history! I saw a poster from the 80s of Amadeus that was performed at Cleveland Playhouse's original location as it wasn't in Playhouse Square all these years! This is such a cool spot. It's huge - like 5 stores in one. Everything is neatly arranged in sections ranging from old machines, to bar signs and bar ware, to car signs and mechanic gear, to kitchen ware. I'm not a vintage or flea market fan but this place rose above those terms. This place would be the place to go if you're looking for a unique decor piece like a trunk, wooden crate or sign whether for a basement bar, garage or rustic living space. There were many wow pieces as well such as an old fashion wooden wheelchair. I highly recommend a step back in time and a walk through this fascinating place. read more

This is a really great antique store-everything is truly an antique, not just pretending to be. They have lots of variety and the store is well organized into different themed sections. I did not notice the high prices others were complaining about, though I wasn't really looking to purchase anything. I didn't give 5 stars because, for one, no one even so much as acknowledged us until we were leaving the store. And, for two, the store itself smells strongly of cigar smoke which was unpleasant and I imagine would cause some of their more porous products to smell that way as well. read more

The inventory is well-organized with a large selection of electric breweriana signs. However, everything is significantly overpriced. The majority of metal advertising signs I saw were reproductions & priced 30% to 40% higher than conventional retail stores that carry them. read more

It has been a while since I had been in and wanted to bring some friends visiting from Tampa - that proved frustrating. The prices at ESR have gone up - quite a bit not just a tad - and while they still had some decent selection on furniture etc the back of the store just looks like piles and piles of junk now that you dig thru - not this chick. The allure of this place used to be really cool stuff that you could "shop" not climb over or dig thru to see. Also the addition of large kiosk/mini stores inside on the right seems really odd to me...giving up that much prime retail space to movie posters and some jewelry set up doesn't seem like ESR wheelhouse...but what do I know? read more

Lots of antiques here. Something for everyone. Most everything was way overpriced. I found a couple of items that I might have purchased had I been able to find someone to help me. It was next to impossible to find anyone to help me. Frustrating. read more

My girlfriend and I recently went to the antique store in downtown Willoughby store called Eastside relics I was looking for another beer sign to add to my collection and I was told they have a nice selection of them I went up to the front counter and saw a man around 30 standing at the counter he approached me I noticed he had bloodshot eyes and he reeked of marijuana I politely told him never mind and went and made my purchase somewhere else I refuse to contribute any money towards peoples drug habits stay away from this store you're only supplying them with funds so they can smoke more marijuana read more

Eastside Relics is like going back in time. I have not yet purchased anything there but it's a wonderful place to just look around in. They have so much stuff and it does is rotate. If you are a collector or just browsing you can spend a lot of time roaming. read more

Eastside relics is a great store I go in probley 3 or 4 times a week and I can always seam to find something I can add to my collection, also the staff is extremely friendly and always willing to help at any time and knowledgeable about the things they have ,if u are looking for quality antiques or nostalgia this is the place for u, I cant wait to be back in the store again read more
