these people are crooks . my daughter ordered a burton jacket from their website on Jan 6 and received on Jan 10, because it was too big, we had to return it. their RMA stated ship before Jan 18th, We shipped usps on Jan16th. and never heard anything back from them. contacted them on Feb 10th, they said because return item came to them too late. they won't refund our money. they kept the returned it too. no store credit either. what kind of company it this? they only give customer one week to return and resale returned item on customer's expenses. read more
