Slow to deliver & warranty nightmare…read more Biker-boarder took 2 weeks to deliver a product they had in stock The good part: Bike was packed OK and was the correct item The bad: the free hub broke in a month, and the bike has 2 year warranty. after ignoring my emails for a week, they refuse to fix it. Their customer support is non-existent and they don't like to honor warranty. Other shops actually honor warranty & delivery at an acceptable speed.
