This is a very nice little mall it reminds me of Great Northern Mall in NY, and The Commons Mall in WA. It is petite, cozy, and has most stores you do need for a mall experience. I wish they had a Forever 21, I didn't find one at this mall. However, it does have a nice little playground for children and most of your staple stores: Macys, JCPennys, Buckle, Rue, Claires, Jewelry stores, hair salons, attached Target, Best Buy, and even a Hot Topic. For being in the middle of Wyoming this is a nice pleasant mall and I always enjoy coming here while in town visiting family. I didn't really like middle school or high school too much when I went, and going to any mall for me just brings back some of those same awful memories. No matter what mall you go to anywhere in the world, they're all the same, just with a different floor plan. And in a mall, just like in school the teenagers wander the halls aimlessly with no direction whatsoever. Luckily I was in this place for one reason and one reason only. And it was to kill time before going to a baseball game later that day. So I went in only to check out a movie. Ok I admit I did go to two stores, but that was it! 3.5 stars. Even though most malls do not seem to have the resistance of shopping online or the recession this mall seems to be holding up ok. Maybe because Casper is smack dab in the middle of Wyoming which also happens to be a very isolated area. Still it is not what it used to be and some stores that made the mall fantastic as a little kid are gone making the mall a bit more boring. But that was all before the wonders of Internet shopping. Regardless this mall is in waaaay better shape than many other malls out there therefore giving it a edge. The Asian food in the food court I find a bit...questionable, it was ok but tasted weird. Staff there was friendly though and it is a plus to have a Target store attached to the mall as well! read more

I am from Ohio and there are many outdated malls there. This mall reminds me of them. The mall is outdated, and quite a few lots were empty. I was there in 2010 and I am most likely on my way back next month. I hope there are more shops open in the mall. Aside from the mall itself... I do remember, the kiosk for selling deep sea skin care products. The sales ladies were very pushy after I said no a few times. I stopped, looked at the label of the product and confronted them about it and they spoke in Arabic with each other and laughed. I do not support any business dealing with Israel. They laughed like I was the only one who felt that way and I know there are millions more who do. They have the same kiosks in Ohio malls and I have to avoid walking past them because they are very pushy - worse than car salesmen when you're walking the lot, browsing. Well, I just mentioned this just so other shoppers are aware. If you are there to shop for other things than lotion, and do not like to be harassed, avoid that kiosk. read more

I love this mall! It's our only one, so they've got that going for them. I have heard their management is ridiculous, but the main stores more than make up for whatever is going on behind the scenes. read more

Upon driving up to the mall you would think it was closed but it's just because I am used to the malls in LA where it's so jam packed you can't feel the air conditioner running. They have stores that you can pretty much find anywhere except for their Wyoming Shirt & Gift store where you can find your last minute souvenirs. They also have a Target and Best Buy connected. This mall is pretty decent considering it is a smaller town. read more

Rue 21 and Ross are my favorite places to buy clothes in town! If you want to look stylish and not pay a bunch of money, these are the places to go! Why pay ridiculous amounts of your hard earned money at the bigger places were everyone is going to be buying then wearing the same thing? These 2 places are lifesavers on the finances. read more

It's a mall! Thanks to the economy, a small amount of the stores here are empty. Not crowded either. Very Quiet. The outside is nothing fancy. It is very clean though. Inside and out. I stopped in to check Target for a battery charger for my camera battery. They didn't have it. So I walked next door to Best Buy and found it. How convenient is that. I didn't have to drive all over to get what I needed. read more

Like T.W.said, it's a mall. I think about half the spaces are empty. Lots of rebellious-teen t-shirt shops and the standard mall jewelry chains. The book stores are gone, the sporting goods store is gone, the shoe store that knew about fitting shoes is gone. The musical instruments store is gone. But there are some more angry-youth t-shirt shops. Highlights: Sears tool department, independent Chinese buffet restaurant, Target, plenty of parking except between T-giving and Xmas. read more
