From the first phone call (where incredibly I was asked if I wanted a courtesy car) to the moment when they handed back the keys to my wonderfully cold (washed and vacuumed) car the service was excellent. I was expecting a bit of pressure selling, maybe a salesman asking if I wanted a look at their vehicles, but nothing like that at all. I was left to enjoy the complimentary hot drinks, the staff kept me up to date with what was happening with my car, and, when they gave it a check over and it was noticed that a bulb was out this was kindly replaced, free of charge. The whole job took around an hour and I couldn't fault any part of it. Not just a review but also a Thank You.

We got a car that was still under the factory warranty and it looked and drove like new. He knew that we were going to be driving the car on a (very) extended holiday, so after the car arrived and we had agreed on a pricer, he decided to put two new tyres on the front just because he wanted us to be safe and comfortable. He was honest and helpful, assisting us in matters of automobile insurance, breakdown insurance, MOT, warranty transfer and registration. Owner's attitude shocking. See google reviews and photo evidence. over 40,000 miles have been wiped from the car... Owner also outright refuses to accept my complaint or indeed provide me with their 'comprehensive complaints policy' as outlined on their website. Trading standards have been notified. Owner has his own staff leaving Google reviews and he even took time out of his holiday to research where I worked to fish out any negative reviews. Petty behaviour. Matter of principle now and not just the fact that their negligence has left me out of pocket. Also promised the car came with full service history, rather 2 vague stamps and 2 years missing! Avoid

AVOID THIS COMPANY I…read morerecently bought a car from this company and have had nothing but issues since. We were promised the car was in good condition yet the car has been back to them multiple times over the last 3 weeks. Our last visit was the final straw, the car broke down due to issues with the clutch.. We took the car back and were told they would look at it, initially they told us it was just a cable and that we would have to pay roughly £40 to fix it. A few days went by and we were still without a car despite us having a 6 month old baby and no other form of transport. After a couple of days they told us the price would now be £100 as it was more than the cable having looked on a ramp. But they had already told us they had looked at the car and found the issue. After a few more days past they told us it was good news and it wasn't due to be £100 as it was just the cable. After a week past they called us to say they had fixed the issues and it will cost us £100 even though they have previously quote to cable fix to be roughly £40! I rang them to question the cost of the repairs and how the money was calculated. I stated that legally under the Consumer Goods Act, that due to being presented information that the car was in good condition that we were due to have the repairs completed under our legal warranty. They instantly responded "just bring me £40" and hung up on me. When arriving the collect the car the first thing they said was that they refuse to ever do any work on the car again even though it is still legally under warranty with them. Whilst selling us the car they tried to present a car in "great condition" yet they panicked after the car failed to start 5 times!
