This business dropped the ball twice while I was visiting from out of town. I did not have my…read moreinformation with me to access my unit so I called at 3:30, apparently after hours and explained what I thought I needed to gain access and was assured I would be able to go into my unit. I arrived during the only time frame I had open, could not gain access, Called customer service again and was told someone would contact me immediately. This did not happen, and I had to leave without my items. I live 10 hours away, and was only in town for a 3 hour window. When I contacted the facility and told them what happened, I was assured that I would be contacted later in the week with a solution. Three weeks later, I had to contact the facility again to basically be told that it was my fault, and that there was nothing that they could do. Poor customer service to say the least. Beware storing your items here. Less than six months ago they had a flash flood and some units belongings were ruined. I still don't know if my unit was affected because I was unable to obtain access, but apparently flash floods are an issue here. Supposedly, they are going to contact me again, but I doubt I will ever hear from them. If I do, I will be more than happy to revise my review if I get any customer service.

Highly recommend stopping in rather than ordering online (they do offer buy online-pickup in store). The older gentleman was so kind to my toddler and I. She was walking around the store in typical toddler fashion and he didn't mind one bit. I have a feeling he might be the owner. Although they were out of my size in a particular shirt, I found one I liked even better. He told me that the beginning of the school year gets a little scarce with everyone stopping in for game day supplies, understandably. So... shop early! They had everything from high school, college, NFL, MLB, FCC. A large selection of local HS wear; short and long sleeve shirts, sweat pants, beanies, ball caps, bumper stickers, mugs. Such a wide variety in a little store! Highly recommend checking out Kuhl's!

They are super affordable, and did a great job moving two apartments into one (up a set of stairs…read moreas well). I didnt move anything super fragile with them based on what i saw in other reviews, mostly just heavy items (dressers, couch, boxes of books). I also packed everything up myself. You get what you pay for but they were well worth the price I paid. I'd move with them again.
