She called and spoke with Austin yesterday to confirm. Not only did they not show up at 9 am, they did not call or return calls. Only texts from a brother making excuses. His brother and co-owner, Hunter blamed Austin and then FINALLY we got a call at 3 pm from Austin who said that they would make it right, also he was in Bay Minniette and that he would text his ETA. WE NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN!! Time was taken off the work. And plans were made. All down the drain!

Austin Hunter came to our house to provide a quote for a potential project, and at first, the…read moremeeting seemed promising. After conducting a thorough walkthrough of our property, he assured us that he would send over a detailed quote within a day or two. However, shortly after he left, we were surprised to hear the doorbell ring again. To my astonishment, Austin stood at the door, looking a bit flustered. He asked if I had any gasoline to spare, explaining that his truck had run out of fuel and wouldn't start. Since I had a container of gas in my garage meant for lawn equipment, I decided to help him out. I didn't want his truck blocking our driveway and making it difficult for us to get our cars in and out. Three days went by with no communication from Austin--no phone call, text, or email regarding the quote. I even reached out a few times, inquiring if he had been able to provide it, but I received no response. It was frustrating to experience such unprofessionalism after what seemed like a straightforward process. Complete waste of time! Do better Freedom Movers! We decided to go with Eastern Shore Transfers for our needs instead and would highly recommend them based on our experience!
