We…read morewere treating so horrible by Cassie that we will never use U-Haul again and U-Haul has been made aware of this. There was damage to the truck that leaked water and ruined our mattresses and chairs to our dining room. As we were explaining this to Cassie to let her know all she could say was that is not my issue that's a U-Haul issue. That's pretty terrible customer service then as we asked her why were we charge $50 for a cleaning fee? She said she found a shoe in the front metal pole in the back of the cab and a chair that we did not see that we left in there. She didn't bother to call to see if we even wanted it. All she did was hang up on us put the phone on answering service and ignore our concerns. She acts like a little highschooler and should not be in a customer service business. Not sure how old Cassie is, but she's got a lot of growing up left to do.

I called Stowbox of Summerdale and they had a box at my house within two days. Their customer service is amazing and their owner could not be friendlier if he tried.
