There was damage to the truck that leaked water and ruined our mattresses and chairs to our dining room. As we were explaining this to Cassie to let her know all she could say was that is not my issue that's a U-Haul issue. That's pretty terrible customer service then as we asked her why were we charge $50 for a cleaning fee? She said she found a shoe in the front metal pole in the back of the cab and a chair that we did not see that we left in there. She didn't bother to call to see if we even wanted it. All she did was hang up on us put the phone on answering service and ignore our concerns. She acts like a little highschooler and should not be in a customer service business. Not sure how old Cassie is, but she's got a lot of growing up left to do.

They never pressured the sale but were the only ones who were true to their word from the get go. 1st day was pouring rain so we went back the next and had narrowed it down to two, when we went back the second day he made us an offer we couldn't refuse, ended up not getting either of our top two and instead ended up with our dream camper for way less than anything we had seen or been offered! It was the best experience I have ever had with a dealership hands down! If this one doesn't last us the rest of our lives I'll be going back to get our next. We have already shared our experience with friend and they will be going soon for their next camper.

She called and spoke with Austin yesterday to confirm. Not only did they not show up at 9 am, they did not call or return calls. Only texts from a brother making excuses. His brother and co-owner, Hunter blamed Austin and then FINALLY we got a call at 3 pm from Austin who said that they would make it right, also he was in Bay Minniette and that he would text his ETA. WE NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN!! Time was taken off the work. And plans were made. All down the drain!

However, shortly after he left, we were surprised to hear the doorbell ring again. To my astonishment, Austin stood at the door, looking a bit flustered. He asked if I had any gasoline to spare, explaining that his truck had run out of fuel and wouldn't start. Since I had a container of gas in my garage meant for lawn equipment, I decided to help him out. I didn't want his truck blocking our driveway and making it difficult for us to get our cars in and out. Three days went by with no communication from Austin--no phone call, text, or email regarding the quote. I even reached out a few times, inquiring if he had been able to provide it, but I received no response. It was frustrating to experience such unprofessionalism after what seemed like a straightforward process. Complete waste of time! Do better Freedom Movers!
