It was lighting and thundar and about to rain so we were in a hury. She got out the instructions to read, and I said we dont have time its going to start raining. So we got it on but didn't look right but it started raining so that was the way it was going to be. In the morning when I looked out the cover had pools or puddles in several spots on the top so i new something wasn't right. So at 7am i recorded a message to the owner of the company asking him to come look at the cover and tell us what we did wromg knowing they didn't open till 8wm. I AM TELLING THE TRUTH BEFORE 9:30 I RECIEVED A PHONE CALL FROM THE OWNER AND AT AROUND 11AM HE WAS IN MY DEIVEWAY. HE WALKED UP AND SAID HI DENNIS YOUR COVER IS ON BACKWARDS IT WAS A SCORCHING HOT SUMMER DAY IN THE 90'S AND HE STARTED TURNING IT AROUND AND SHOWING ME THE CORRECT WAY TO INSTASLL THE COVER.

Josh towed it the same day, was very responsive and let me know the tire I thought I needed was not the right one. He said he could order one, but because of it being the week of Christmas, it wouldn't be in until the new year. He told me if I could buy one elsewhere, they'd be happy to put it on for me. Amazon had the fastest delivery time, and they arrived on my doorstep at 11:30am on Christmas Eve. Knowing H&M was closing early at 3 for the rest of the week, I called to see if there was any way they'd be able to squeeze us in. By 1:30 that same afternoon, we picked up our golf cart after paying a very fair price, just in time for Christmas. Josh and his team allowed us to be able to take our family visiting from out of town out to look at lights and went out of their way to not only be super communicative in the process but to make the fix for us when they could have easily said we needed to wait until next week. Highly, highly recommend H&M and will definitely be buying our next golf cart through them.
