I just called to find out pricing information and was spoken to by a very rude gentleman who refused to give me any information. He first said he is not familiar with "cemetery stuff" and then asked me what it was that I wanted. I said again I wanted pricing information and someone to guide me through the process. His response was "we don't give out random pricing information" and "you don't even know what you want". Of course I don't! I am not in the business of memorials, that is why I am calling you! When I asked to speak with someone else, he HUNG UP ON ME!!! What terrible customer service. And for comparison, I had called another company and with the same information, I was spoken to nicely and was able to get actual prices. A lady named Sarah helped us with pricing. She was terrific to say the least. Her customer service and friendliness didn't even compare to the others. We went with a different design than what we compared prices for. Sarah was very friendly and professional. She helped us with the entire process, and designing every aspect of the stone. She was very helpful with choosing everything, and at the same time was never a pushy sales person trying to get me to spend every dime she could. This was my first time buying a headstone. Not once did I feel rushed. I feel this ensured I was able with her help design a stone that was perfect. They are also great at communicating. While waiting for the stone they kept me updated.
