She screamed, "This has happened many times to me and you need to pay me"!!, I calmly showed her the transaction on my phone which was pending, she then again screamed at me "SEE YOU HAVE NOT PAID ME"!!!! I said ok I'll call me bank , talked to the bank rep , payment was pending because the WOMAN typed the wrong Zelle info , I had to cancel the payment and she reentered her information, this time I told her don't blame me if you enter your information wrong again , then she had the nerve to say, "DON'T FORGET TO ADD THE TIP" I told her no way I'm going to tip you I walk out and told her I was very displeased with her service

Our massage was 45 minutes and they didn't even finish my partners massage. No notice that it's over they just turn light on and exit quickly. Maybe $20 would have crossed my mind if you didn't leave the room 8 times and cut my massage short by 20 minutes.
