So she pulled some frames so me and we went from there. She was so nice and helpful. The pic was ready in just a little over a week. I saw it, they wrapped it up great and cozy and it is in a perfect spot on my wall. Honestly I normally go to Michaels or Jo Ann's but with this place close to me it is my new frame shop.

JoEllen worked with each strand to fasten it in a way that the chimes still move a bit but each stand is pulled taunt. She cut the custom keyhole to mimic the shape of the top. I couldn't be more in love with how it turned out! The solid white frame and matte let the colors shine and was easy to match when framing addition pieces to make this gallery wall! We looked online for framing options, but at the size of the print, didn't have many options. Did we want to save a bit of money, but leave it to ourselves to build a frame a mat a 42"x34" print? After searching Yelp, I found a framing shop within miles of our home...I could check them out and worse case, go home and order online. The consultation was amazing. I described my vision, and provided multiple options at different price points. When it came to the quote, we worked through different customizations until I found what I wanted at a price within 20% of those online shops you have to build yourself. I agreed immediately. Our piece was finished quickly and perfectly. They were excellent with communications and customer service. They rushed my order and made sure I was happy with the results. (spoiler: I was!!!!) We love our new addition to our living room. Thank you Matt and team!

Art In Hand Gallery is a Zionsville co-operative art gallery owned, operated and staffed by a community of 24 local, Indiana artists. I fell in love with several pieces of Chris Davis who does Raku Pottery with feathers and horse hair incorporated into his work. Stunning! He has an art gala in Plainfield April 26-28, '19 at the Guilford Township Library in Plainfield I hope to make. There are many forms of gorgeous art here. I fell in love with several stunning pieces of jewelry ranging in price from $35 - $295, impressive oil paintings and watercolors, vibrant fused and stained glass, breathtaking photography and printmaking, extraordinary wildlife wood carving and woodworking and outstanding pottery including Raku pottery. The prices are affordable when given the quality and beauty of these marvelous pieces. I'm already regretting not purchasing two pieces today that was what I thought was an impulse decision so I passed. Now, that was a mistake and I need to correct. The inventory is every changing and has wonderful and unique art for both your home, office or gifts for that special person. Several of the artists are participating in upcoming art fairs, gallery exhibitions, teaching and other activities. Several will be at the Indiana Artisan Marketplace, Talbott Street and Broadripple Art Fair, Carmel International Arts Festival and Bloom in Fisher's Library. Check the website for details. I specifically wanted my artwork framed with no glass, and they gave me exactly what I wanted. My artwork is now hanging up on my wall, beautifully framed. The frame blends in and doesn't take away from the art at all, which is exactly what I wanted. I am so pleased with the final product. However. (Oh, you knew there was a "however" coming, didn't you?) When I placed my order, I worked with a woman who was super friendly and helpful, and she told me that it would take about three to four weeks to complete the project. No problem -- I wasn't in any hurry. So, a month goes by. Then six weeks. Finally, it's been two months, so I get on the horn to see what's the hold up. A man answers the phone and cuts me off as I'm talking. "Yeah, we have all the pieces in; we just need to assemble it. We'll have it done tomorrow." Seriously? So ... it takes you less than 24 hours to frame my artwork, but you've been sitting on it for who knows how long? What would have happened if I didn't get on the phone and ask where my framed piece was? Would it have sat in the shop indefinitely? I hate having to remind people to do their jobs, and that's exactly what I had to do. Then, when we picked it up, there was no apology from them about forgetting the job or being late. They just handed over the artwork. Uh ... thanks? Anyway, the story has a happy ending because I love my framed art and they did a good job. I just wish they would have done their job in the timeframe they promised, without me having to remind them to do their job.
