She is very calming and explained everything before she proceeded with the needles (which did not hurt). I was more relaxed but overall I did not notice a big change after the session. However, the next morning I woke up and did NOT have that awful sick feeling in my stomach from chemo. It was completely gone!! My stress level was way down and I had slept so much better.
