I first met Dr. Dale at the Porter County Fair. he provided adjustments at $20 a person, and I was hooked. I had him adjust my which had issues with being able to use the restroom upon him reviewing her, he asked if she had that problem with going to the restrloom. He adjusted her and within two weeks she no longer had these problems. it has been 15 years and I still recommend people to him! Thanks Dr. Dale!!! read more

None of the reviews I've read here sound anything like the place that I have put a lot of faith and trust in over the years. I have not been able to make it in for a long time, even for an adjustment, been since I returned I got to see Dr. Megan in Dr. Dale's absence. Wow! She is excellent! Dr. Dale really knows how to pick them! It doesn't surprize me that a chiropractor as good as Dr. Dale would pick someone as good as Dr. Megan to compliment his business and to fill in more days to give his own patients even more opportunities to come in and be served well. If you are the least bit hesitant about Dr. Megan because she is new to P.C.C., don't be. I assure you, you won't be dissappointed. Thank you Dr. Dale for bringing her on board. There are 3 chiropractors there and I've been treated by two. Dr. Cassani is extremely thorough and simply a nice guy. You can tell he genuinely cares. He will fix you up and prescribe you various stretches to strengthen muscles that may be causing frequent pain. Unfortunately, Dr. Cassani is in the office only a couple days per week, which can be inconvenient. Dr. Beauvais is there every single day. He appears to be the main chiropractor at the office. He is nice but not as personable as I think a doctor should be. Additionally, he is extremely brief with his patients - i.e., you go in, quickly get adjusted, and you're out the door. I have never felt that he gave any extra effort when treating me. The facilities at PCCC are decent, nothing lavish. It does have some neat machines to help you loosen up back muscles in preparation for your adjustment. Also, the clinic appears to have connections with other health professionals, so if you need something else treated, the physicians at PCCC can probably recommend someone. Overall, the experience at PCCC is somewhat disappointing if you've been to several other chiropractors like I have. I no longer go there (after several visits) because I do not feel like I consistently get a quality adjustment. I seem to have back pain within days after leaving the office. read more

Saw Dr. B for adjustment and treatment twice. Was hurt badly during the second treatment. Went back to my previous chiropractor as I could barely move. She could not believe the damage that had been done to my hip. It has taken 3 months to get back to where I can move without chronic pain but still am not able to enjoy activities to the level enjoyed prior to Porter County Chiropractic. Was also thoroughly astonished at what was charged to my insurance - Blue Cross & Blue Shield for two visits. Do not recommend. read more

Please consider stopping in Porter County Chiropractic on 2600 Roosevelt Rd to meet our doctor. Our cash patients pay $25! We have a fun environment and very professional doctor. read more

My husband travels a lot for work and has a very limited schedule. He hurt his neck and this was the first place to get him in. He said the doctor gave him a good adjustment. However, this place charges you to bill your insurance and I'm not talking about expecting one to pay their copay. This is an additional charge in which they will not give you a clear receipt. This is not a legal practice especially if you claim to be in network with BCBS. My insurance company told me this and I tried to get my husband to obtain a proper receipt and they will not give it. My husband doesn't know a lot about insurance and was in pain when he went and just paid the fee without asking. He goes to another Chiropractor in town who doesn't engage in this practice and is great. I was at the YMCA recently venting my anger to another patron about this issue and she said she used to go to this office too until she realized she was being ripped off. The doctors excuse was that Chiropractic school was expensive and he needs to profit. read more
