When i asked for the receipts to verify, he refused to provide them as he wasn't sure he could find them. This work was done 6 months ago. If he can't find receipts from this year for my property, that is an additional issue. I further asked for a breakdown of the Materials costs which were close to $2000, which should have included the surround bath and doors, which would have been on top of the cost to do the repair. Eric did not produce this either. This turnover was from a list of REQUIRED repairs. And today i find out an inspector has been trying to get in for the last 18 months, with no response from PM. Yeah. I don't think so. STEER CLEAR. I don't think this is the first time he has done it. Moreover, if he has done this to me, what is he doing to the owners who are using him?

Amy is an awful, judemental human (if you can even label her that) & alongside Dan/David Pueringer, they are foul "for the landlord" money grabbers with absolute rude customer service. They will steal your application fees, deny you with some lame b.s. excuse about your referral or whatever, despite a clean rental slate, & take the money & run. They keep units listed to take app fees & don't rent out til they make their pockets heavy enough, nor do they care for their units. Scammers.
