And to top it all, the benefit of great information. I get to choose what I think will benefit me. You're not pressured by the doctor as I have been in the past. I find that more traditional doctors have wanted me to just go along with their treatment ideas without listening to me or even wanting to answer questions. Not here. There's a much greater level of respect for the patient here. Thanks, Dr Amadi !!

I came to her 3 months ago with a long list of off symptoms (hormonal issues) I've been experiencing for a long time. She was so kind, listened and truly took in everything I was worried about. She explained what was happening and discussed an action plan on how to get things running smoothly again with my body. She mentioned it could take about 3 months. She was absolutely right! I stuck to our plan and it feels like night and day, thinking about my first visit to how I feel now. Irene truly cares and she's incredible at what she does. So grateful to have found this place! 10 out of 10 highly recommended to anyone!!

I'm glad I found Natural Healing Wellness Center, I first dealt with Eliziane for my consultation, she was very thorough with my health history and concerns, she is very friendly and professional and made me very comfortable getting my first acupuncture treatment, she is very gentle and knowledgeable, she made me feel at ease so much that I am now going on a regular basis. I also had the pleasure of meeting Michelle who is the Massage Therapist and she is one of the best massage therapists I have ever had, she knew my problem areas just by looking at how I walk and sit, she does an amazing full body massage and really works the problem areas and will apply as much pressure as you are comfortable with. The office is very Zen like, relaxing, modern, clean and comfortable, it has a relaxing Spa feel to it. They have 3 private treatment areas and 1 large group area where they also offer group acupuncture, I haven't tried it myself but it is a room with separate recliners where people can get acupuncture done with other people in the room at a discounted rate. They also have group Meditation on Tuesdays at 7:30. The staff is all women, they are all very professional and very friendly, the also offer Facials, B12 shots and weight management treatments, also they will work with your Insurance if it allows for acupuncture, it doesn't hurt to have them check, I had no idea mine covered it. I like the ease of making appointments, they also open on Saturdays.

Dr. Suzanne Swearengen and Dr. Holly Durning are true healers and masters of their practice. I had acupuncture with amazing results years ago when I lived in the north east and, as seems to happen, forgot what was good for me. Drs. Suzanne and Holly were recommended to me by the orthopedic physician who practices in the same building. I was referred for back pain from disc issues and sciatic pain from local injury which had not improved after three weeks of physical therapy. Rather than going the pain management route of western medicine, I happily took the recommendation to try acupuncture again. My first impression of the Acupuncture Wellness Center was vividly positive. Drs. Suzanne and Holly both present as balanced, compassionate, kind and attentive people. The atmosphere was soothing and I spoke with both doctors during my initial consultation. Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) treats the whole being organically. By organically I am being literal as TCM charts conditions and responses according to organ systems in the body. TCM allows the practitioner to go beyond the symptoms that ail the patient and heal by considering and treating all aspects of the patient's life: physical, mental, spiritual, and environmental. I am in good hands at Acupuncture Wellness Center and am being treated successfully not only for the pain issues, but for deeper, personal issues including Chronic Fatigue, Fibromyalgia, and PTSD as well. I feel my overall health is improving since working with Drs. Suzanne and Holly. Much physical and emotional pain is being released through this healing process. I am grateful that my path has crossed with these beautiful healers.

Im no doctor so if cutting spinach out of my life will help so be it! I also will be returning twice a week for about a month. No, normal insurance does not cover these visits so its out of pocket and a bit pricey BUT the cost I would have spent buying packs of cigarettes at 8 dollars I will be invested back into my health and correcting it in a healthy manner. My endometriosis pain is becoming more manageable, and with the natural vitamins I am taking, I am feeling much more alert, focused and energized. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I cannot stress enough how terrible my visit to "Dr. Tsai" was. I went seeking…read morerelief for neck and back pain, but instead, I left in worse condition! Dr. Tsai insisted on treating "organ blockages" on my 1st visit versus addressing my actual pain areas. This involved inserting a needle into my right arm, hooked to a vibrating machine that was extremely uncomfortable. After setting this up, he left the room for 40 minutes! I was left lying there, anxious & in discomfort. When he finally returned, he was on his cell phone--yes, on a call--while removing the needles! Since that visit, my right arm has been in SEVERE pain for two days and counting. It feels like nerve damage. The Red Flags Don't Stop There: Beware of the "detox machine" he pushes and the amount of treatments he recommends selling you. (Google "Foot Detox SCAM." Note: The foot bath uses an electric current to create a chemical reaction that turns the water brown, but this happens regardless of whether feet are in the water. And, he charges $130 for this.) "Dr. Tsai" also double talks a lot and doesn't explain things well. He is vague and confusing and doesn't provide real clarity on what he's doing. The only positive was the kind front desk staff/team, but they can't make up for Dr. Tsai's questionable practices and the pain I am in. Bottom line: This was not just ineffective--it was harmful. If you value your health, your time, and your money, stay far away from Dr. Tsai. (Note: I use to see an acupuncturist many years ago & NEVER had these issues. However, they retired which is why I was seeking someone new.) In short, don't make the same mistake I did. Find another acupuncturist.
