Yelp submitted various businesses for yard work I needed done. She replied and I didn't respond…read morebecause she does house cleaning, not yard work as you can see in the messages I attached. Calling me names and saying I wasted her time because I didn't respond when I would've been wasting her time if I did respond for a service she doesn't offer- Clearly not someone that should be running a business- funny that one of her five star reviews is from herself.

She is trustworthy and reliable plus she's a small business owner and local to Tillamook County. I trusted her to care for our cabin while we were on vacation and she did amazing and there were several back to back guests. All came through with 5 star reviews. I highly recommend this business.

I was SO incredibly glad to find Woodpecker Roofing and especially to work with Chris. He showed up…read moreand did a thorough examination of our roof leak issue (including crawling up on the roof, which other estimators were unwilling to do), determined the problem, and promptly scheduled the repair. The cost was reasonable and the work came in right on the estimate. I tried calling several other roof repair companies locally and several showed up, made a hasty judgement on what the problem was and I never heard from them again. Chris promised he wouldn't bail on me, and he didn't. He showed up on time, was super professional, COVID-safe, and got the job done. I highly recommend Woodpecker for roofing repair and replacement!

Last time I use this company, they were awesome. It wasn't a big job, but somebody showed up gave…read moreme a bid and came out in the next day or two and finish the job ! The bid was fair and reasonable and I was a happy camper. 5 stars! This time I had another small job called them left a detailed message... called them left a detailed message. Then realize they are probably in a busier season and taking the bigger jobs first. I don't fault them for that. I would just like a call /text or email back instead of me having to assume and find somebody else.

We had all new siding and windows installed last summer by Coast Construction. They did a great job…read moreand we were very pleased. Then right before Christmas we had a pipe break under the house which soaked most of the insulation and ruined a bunch of the subfloor. We called up and they got on the repairs right away, worked with our insurance and long story short, we have our house back better than it was. Great crew and great company. Thank you so much!

Definitely Meh. I was told how nice and helpful these guys are. My experience was so-so at best…read more They sprang an additional $1,000 bill on me after saying that the amount I paid was the FINAL amount and didn't check with me before cashing my check (the "FINAL" bill was more than I had expected, and required juggling several bank accounts to make the check good). Because of this my new landlord charged me fees of $170 (tho, to be fair, I thought it would only be $70 and TM did credit that against the unexpected bill). As for moving, other than not packing my spice drawers or wall desk, not bringing the firewood or firewood holder (also expensive), and charging me for boxes (after swearing to use the ones I had already bought) they were very average - broken glass in pictures, a couple of badly packed and smashed items, but nothing out of the ordinary for movers. All told, I'm out $9k for moving, $400 for missing items, and no Goodwill receipt for donated items (which I was counting on for my 2026 taxes). E-mail has gone unanswered now that I no longer owe them money.
