Went here for my birthday last night. Have to say I haven't had as bad a meal in years as I did there. There were six of us and only one liked their food. The salad lacked dressing, we had to ask for more. The pasta sauce, when there was any, tasted just like tomato paste on its own. Absolutely disgusting. My son had the chicken parmesan and the spaghetti under it was mushy. Do yourself a favour, save your money and do not ever go here. If I could give it less than one star I would. read more

we couldn't get the name but, the waiter that we had was extremely kind and helpful as well as apologetic due to the situation at hand. the restaurant was extremely messy and understaffed. my food came cold. no cutlery on the table, there was no more children menus. and the bathrooms were unkept. with the help of a manager the experience would have been much better. but when we asked for a manager we were told that there was none present. this is extremely disappointing as the restaurant is a good one! it is because of our server that this restaurant did not get a 0/5. read more

Caleb is a wonderful server! He was friendly, timely, and attentive. The food was tasty and good value.

we visited the harmony location on October 5th and were discussed with how hot it was in the restaurant. Not only were all the customers complaining and fanning themselves with the menus my family included the staff were literally dripping sweat off their face. we were told the owners turned off the air conditioning over a month ago and refuse to turn it back on. we couldn't even eat our food. it was a horrible experience. most importantly, I feel horrible for the staff having to work in that condition. the owners should be ashamed!!!! read more

First experience at East Side Mario's. Upon entering were immediately greeted by the host and seated. Our waitress seemed overwhelmed (don't know how many waitresses were working and in a hurry. The pizza was decent, the pepperoni has a different taste then I am used too. The salad that comes with the create your own pie was huge. The Diet Pepsi was flat. I am completely annoyed & disgusted with this location. If I could give this location no stars I would. I came here Feb 23rd with my friend for a night out to eat, as soon as we were seated we noticed the table was dirty. Cheese all over the seats and chicken and grated parm all over the floor. We kicked the chicken from out under the table and our waitress walked over it 3 times.the service here is wildly poor. She never introduced herself or greeted us properly , never checked up on us to see if we need or wanted another drink. We asked for more bread and a robot came to us and didn't leave our table for about 5 minutes? Battery low? When she came to bring us our food she slammed the food onto the table like we were peasants! I ordered the bacon carbonara, the bacon was noticeably not cooked. Still pink and chewy and when we waited for our bill for about 20minutes after we were done our food , she came to us and noticed we didn't eat all of our pasta and said" what you didn't like it?" Clearly not. It wasn't cooked. I wouldn't even feed this food to my dog. Do better East side and clean your floor, also everyone else in our seating area was standing up trying to find our waitress...That's crazy. read more

I should've read the reviews before I ordered! My mistake! Wilted lettuce, cold mozzarella sticks and the staff were not practicing proper PPE (not wearing their masks when I arrived to pick up my order) and safe distancing when able. read more

Worst East Side Mario's Its a Friday night i understand its busy. However, the manager is available to clear tables and refuses because it's underneath him. He's extremely rude to the servers in front of customers. The worst is that he came to our table and blamed his staff for sitting customers that are lined up all the way outside. The manager has nothing to do and is literally standing around refusing to clear tables and help the services. He refers to servers as girls not woman which is what they are. I don't recommend this location. Note to Cara, this manager needs replacement asap. The servers shouldn't be subjected the abuse by this Baffoon. read more

This is probably the worse location I have been to. It took us forever to be seated and then we had to wait forever to be asked what we wanted. When we finally were ready to order my son was sick and could not eat and what I ordered tasted like a frozen dinner heated in a microwave they replaced it with something I could have made at home that would have tasted a lot better.... I'm so disappointed with how management even handle it I basically got forced to order another dish. This location should be closed permanently it's awful. read more

When we first arrived we waited 5 to 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged us at the front door. we gave them the benefit of the doubt considering they looked like they were possibly busy and there was no manager anywhere to be seen. No host or hostess available but eventually we were seated and the service seemed promising. The server was very friendly And seemed to have a knowledge of the service industry. when they took our orders we asked for a drinks with no ice; we got drinks with ice, no problem. We received bread and salad, no plates, napkins or utensils. before we went we looked over the menu so that we could see what was gluten-free. we asked for gluten-free options that we had seen on the menu before going in and we were told none of those options were available except the pasta dish. We chose to stay. The salad was basically iceberg lettuce with a couple of extremely thin tomato slices on top way too many black olives and not much flavour to it at all it was hard to eat because eventually they came and brought us a plastic fork each. can you believe they could not come up with any metal utensils in the entire restaurant? the whole restaurant did not seem to be full, so I don't understand how they could've run out of utensils. Eventually when my pasta dish showed up it was not the linguine vegetable Primavera with a rosé sauce, as ordered. it was bowties in a rosé Primavera sauce; however, it tasted like plastic l. Like it was microwaved in a Ziploc bag. when I asked the server about the process of the kitchen they admitted that indeed they are thrown into hot water inside of a plastic bag. I told her I would like a refund. I couldn't bring myself to eat it, given the taste of the plastic. They charged me for the "salad" and mini loaf of bread. The gluten free patron couldn't eat any of the salad and bread even though we went there based on the gluten free menu options on their website. So one person got a half decent pasta dish with no salad or bread. And the other one of us had flavourless iceberg lettuce, and a mini loaf. I didn't even get cheese on my salad. The service was good. Sort of. The food was terrible. And they actually charged us. Unreal. Do not go there. read more

My server was very friendly and attentive but the chef did not follow orders. I asked for pizza with no cheese due to allergies and got my first pizza WITH cheese. It was sent back and the second one looked fine, as I was eating it I realized the crust tasted strange. There was parmesan cheese sprinkled all over it. As a result I became very ill. AWFUL experience. read more
